For anyone looking for a body transformation try her 11 line abs challenge!! I´m on day 5 and already went down 2 inches in my waist and also 1 kg in weight, I have tried so many workout (none have given me my ideal body, even tried the le sserafim for two weeks) and can honestly say even though I feel like I´m doing nothing with these workouts the results are amazing and I haven´t changed my diet at all. Alr, I’m gonna try this for 2 weeks & post my results here. This is mostly a tracker for myself, (to hold myself accountable and all). but y’all can see it too if u want to Day 1: I’m dead inside right now. 💀I found it REALLY hard to do the V-Ups, but i’m feeling good about myself so thats there 😅 Excited for tomorrow! Day 2: I don’t know why, but I was extra tired today. The exercises were a bit easier today since I knew what to expect but I took WAY TOO MANY breaks in between. Day 1: it was hard, but I have done her other easy ab outwork for some weeks so I thinks I have trained my stomach a bit already. Some of the things was a little confusing, did it two times and was sweating. Day 2: did this one and here easy one, tired and some are hard, but are starting to remember them more now Day 3: did this one and two other, tired but are starting to get the hang of it, did it again towards night time two times Day 4: did it and it was fun but I am very tired cause I just woke up. Day 5-10: didn’t have the nervy to write, but everyday I have done this workout and another inte the morning. I definitely have less fat, like on the sides and the middle. It’s also flatter from the side and I don’t bloat as much anymore. Now I am waiting for my abs heheh. But you can also se my hips bones very much Day 11: tired and my stomach is definitely smaller Day 12-15: still going strong Day 16: my family heard me doing it today in the morning heheh. I am going to need to take a pause for like 4 days because I’m going on semester with my family and I’m not going to be able to do the workout there. Day 1: Yesterday i started one workout and my whole body pains, so it was a little hard for me but overal i'd say this workout is pretty easy and comfortable! see ya tomorrow! This workout is really amazing guyz its been two days I'm doing this workout and i literally see alot of change my 11 abs are more define than before and my lower belly is also flat than before I feel no bloating in my stomach since I'm doing this workout .i was so stressful about my belly and figure but by doing this I'm loving my figure so much I'm so thankful to unnie who made this sub for us🥰.

Ive done classical ballet for 8 years, but ive never had a flat stomach, or abs, so im trying this, and im realizing how weak i really am...😅 But im still doing my best, and im going to try to do this for a least a whole month!
When it comes to my ab muscles I am so out of shape and I didn't do like half of the exercises correctly. I also find that for me I need to do a workout a couple times to get used to it to be able to do it correctly and get the best results. I'm hoping I can improve on that

I´m on day 5 and already went down 2 inches in my waist and also 1 kg in weight, I have tried so many workout (none have given me my ideal body, even tried the le sserafim for two weeks) and can honestly say even though I feel like I´m doing nothing with these workouts the results are amazing and I haven´t changed my diet at all. Day 1: it was hard, but I have done her other easy ab outwork for some weeks so I thinks I have trained my stomach a bit already. Some of the things was a little confusing, did it two times and was sweating.
Day 2: did this one and here easy one, tired and some are hard, but are starting to remember them more now

Day 4: did it and it was fun but I am very tired cause I just woke up.
Day 5-10: didn’t have the nervy to write, but everyday I have done this workout and another inte the morning. I definitely have less fat, like on the sides and the middle. It’s also flatter from the side and I don’t bloat as much anymore. Now I am waiting for my abs heheh. But you can also se my hips bones very much

A week: after doing this for a week and a bit (aswell as other exercise videos from this channel, healthy diet and walking) I notice a huge difference thank you so much for this confidence!

Did this for two weeks and i am starting to see results, i didnt go on a diet but i avoided high calorie foods and junk foods, i also ate a small meal for dinner.
I will add this workout in my daily workout routine.
1- It was kinda hard to do it but I made it to the end.🥰

When it comes to my ab muscles I am so out of shape and I didn't do like half of the exercises correctly. I also find that for me I need to do a workout a couple times to get used to it to be able to do it correctly and get the best results. I'm hoping I can improve on that
i never comment on stuff like this because workouts never really work on my but i improved my eating and i did this ab workout and it worked really well i’ve already had upper abs because genetics but now my lower abs are showing
