I didn't try that hard, so my results are justifiable.

When you're doing the crunch claps, make sure your lower back is flat on the ground, if you can't then lift your legs a bit higher. Arching your back too much while kicking your legs out can hurt your back, so be careful and stay active.

I’ve been doing this and the K-POP body workout for a month or so and I’ve lost about 4kg! I went from a 74 cm waist to a 69 cm waist too ! I totally recommend this workout for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time.

Doing this part of the 7 Day challenge for day 6 and guys her challenges work! My stomach got flatter and it reduced my bloating! Now after I eat I don’t get a baby bump! My core feels sm tighter! My workout record : Height : 150 cm ( 1.5 m ) Weight : 50 kg ( 110.2 lbs ) Target weight : 42 kg ( 92.5 lbs ) Waist measurement : 27.5 inch ( 70 cm ) Target weight measurements: 24 inch ( 60 cm ) ➡️ Actually I am not on obese or on fat side but I am still bloated and fat on my waist region . ➡️ With this I am also going to do 15 min flat belly pilates workout , Korean pilates workout and face workout . Day 1 : ✅ As I have been working out for more than a year so It was not so hard for me . Day 2 : ✅ It was little bit hard for me today . But I can't believe now my waist is 27 inches ( 69 cm ) . I going to do it for 30 days and let's see what's the result . Day 3: ✅ I didn't see any change but I have got more flexible and efficient . I did it without any extra break . Day 4: ✅ Now it was little bit easier for me . I look toned and less bloated but still I have a long way to go . Day 5: ✅ Easy!!!! I am sweating the same amount but it's easy now . I am looking little bit toned ( but still unnoticeable ) and now my waist is 26.8 - 26.9 . Day 6 :✅ But today I only did this workout , full body stretches , face workout and k-pop dance for 1.5 hours . Before starting this challenge I was 60 kg and lost 10 kg through k-pop dance only so I am going to do 1hr k-pop dance , Korean pilates , face workout , stretches and this workout for next 24 days of challenge . I've been doing this workout along with the 13 min flat belly pilates every day for around two weeks and I'm impressed with how far I've gone ! Now I look forward to exercising every morning when I wake up, and that's something that I have NEVER experienced, so I'm really grateful ! As for now, I haven't noticed any significant change abs-wise, but my mood is so much better and I don't feel as bloated after eating as I did before. I am noticing how my abdomen is getting slowly but surely toned every single day it passes. I don't do any diet since my weight is healthy enough and if I get any lower It wouldn't be good for my health, but I'm excited to see how far I'll go! I plan to do this every day (minus saturday), so hopefully I'll do this a couple of months before getting to uni next year !

Weight day 1: 57kg Weight day 14: 53kg (I skip side planks) ✅Day 1: I felt it burn A LOT, took some seconds break often. I couldn’t do it good because my arms hurt from volleyball practice. Haven’t noticed any difference. ❌Day 2: skipped, had volleyball practice and felt dead after. ✅Day 3: Felt lots of burns, didn’t take small breaks often, only like 3 times. Don’t see any difference on my stomach. ✅Day 4: felts lots of burns, didnt take as much small breaks as I use to, still no difference 😭 ❌Day 5: skipped😭, felt really tired ✅Day 6: felts the burns A LOT, only took 4 small pauses and at the beginning I used to take like 10. Day 3: I skipped because I was sick Day 4: I took a break and danced for 20 minutes! I will hopefully get back once I’m better. Maybe day 5 I’ll be back 🤍 Day 5: I did it! @@miss4mericana12 To be honest, this is my first time trying to lose weight and I'm only a teenager just so you know 😭But what I've been doing lately is mixing chia seeds with lemon in water and drinking it every day, not skipping any meals (don't worry too much about food just remember to only be 80% full and lose more fat than you intake) and also remember to drink plenty of water. I understand the pain of losing weight so don't worry and always remember that you shouldn't give up and keep trying !! ❤❤❤❤

I did an easy run. 1.78 miles = 15 minutes. Day 2: ✅✅ Not bad. Today was a mid day. With cross country practice, I did 6 800s (3 miles). Pace was 10 minutes per mile.

Hello, I am going to do this exercise for two weeks for now since I am going to enter high school in almost two weeks. (August 7, 2024) Day 1🍓: 📌It was somewhat difficult but I did it! Day 2 🍓: 📌Today, almost 5 days after entering, I did it again because I am a very lazy girl but it was less difficult than the first time. Day 3🍓: 📌Today was a little difficult but if you can do it, we have to motivate ourselves because I know that if there is no reason behind what we do it doesn't work. 🎀💌Remember that there are only 7 minutes of a video that we can easily spend on the phone or wasting time, but at least let's do 30 minutes of exercise a day since 30 minutes is nothing, the discomfort will only last this short time. 🎀IF I CAN YOU CAN TOO!!🎀 Day 4🍓: 📌I still haven't noticed any changes, I know it's still a few days but I'm saying this for those who may wonder, I know it may sound strange but this and another exercise by Shirlyn Kim make me go to the bathroom a lot lately, they make my stomach hurt and so that. But it was a little difficult this day and most importantly it ended very quickly! Day 5🍓: 📌Today was normal, a little difficult except that the "side plank twist" is my weakness. I failed a few seconds on the right side but today I achieved it once again! ill be trying to do this exercise as much as i can ✅ day 1: it burned a lot, which is mostly because i usually dont exercise, but its a good thing that it did burn because then i know that my body is burning the fat ✅ day 2: it was a bit easier than yesterday, it still burned as much as yesterday which means im slowly progressing ✅ day 3: i notice that my stomach is getting a little bit flatter, my body has been a bit sore from exercising ✅ day 4: some exercises got easier but the burn was the same, im feeling better than i ever have about my body ✅ day 5: i did this in bed, i was busy today but i tried my best to do it as soon as i could, i can see a little bit of change ✅ day 6: it got way easier compared to day 1, im proud of myself and i can still feel the burn ✅ day 7: it has been a week of doing this, im even more proud of myself and im so shocked to see that i have even completed a week, today it still burned i just has less trouble with the exercises, im getting used to it more and more day by day ✅ day 8: i did this right before i went to bed, it felt great and my muscles feel stronger and more relaxed at the same time ✅ day 9: i felt a bit lazy today, i had went on a long day trip for school and getting at the destination was a whole lot of walking, i tried my best to do the workout today

I did some step like less for example if it said 30 sets I would have done 25 until I was comfortable and started doing the full set . When you're doing the crunch claps, make sure your lower back is flat on the ground, if you can't then lift your legs a bit higher. Arching your back too much while kicking your legs out can hurt your back, so be careful and stay active.

I’ve been doing this and the K-POP body workout for a month or so and I’ve lost about 4kg! I went from a 74 cm waist to a 69 cm waist too ! I totally recommend this workout for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time.

Doing this part of the 7 Day challenge for day 6 and guys her challenges work! My stomach got flatter and it reduced my bloating! Now after I eat I don’t get a baby bump! My core feels sm tighter! I didn't see any change but I have got more flexible and efficient . I did it without any extra break .

Easy!!!! I am sweating the same amount but it's easy now . I am looking little bit toned ( but still unnoticeable ) and now my waist is 26.8 - 26.9 .

But today I only did this workout , full body stretches , face workout and k-pop dance for 1.5 hours . Before starting this challenge I was 60 kg and lost 10 kg through k-pop dance only so I am going to do 1hr k-pop dance , Korean pilates , face workout , stretches and this workout for next 24 days of challenge . So let's see what's the results .

I didn't did the Korean pilates . The nerves in my hand got overlapped so i have to do minimum exercise till I get better . So , for some days I have to skip Korean pilates .

I didn't do the rest because of school works but this really works like magic . It shrinked my waist and I look more toned too . This really works .

@@Valerie-w8j yeah i ate healthy. I didn't ate according to calories instead i just took 3 meals a day no snacking in between nd tried to avoid junk foods nd focused more on healthy foods like fruits , milk , eggs e.t.c

I've been doing this workout along with the 13 min flat belly pilates every day for around two weeks and I'm impressed with how far I've gone ! Now I look forward to exercising every morning when I wake up, and that's something that I have NEVER experienced, so I'm really grateful !
As for now, I haven't noticed any significant change abs-wise, but my mood is so much better and I don't feel as bloated after eating as I did before.
I am noticing how my abdomen is getting slowly but surely toned every single day it passes.
I don't do any diet since my weight is healthy enough and if I get any lower It wouldn't be good for my health, but I'm excited to see how far I'll go! I plan to do this every day (minus saturday), so hopefully I'll do this a couple of months before getting to uni next year !

✅Day 1: I felt it burn A LOT, took some seconds break often. I couldn’t do it good because my arms hurt from volleyball practice. Haven’t noticed any difference.

✅Day 3: Felt lots of burns, didn’t take small breaks often, only like 3 times. Don’t see any difference on my stomach.

@@miss4mericana12 To be honest, this is my first time trying to lose weight and I'm only a teenager just so you know 😭But what I've been doing lately is mixing chia seeds with lemon in water and drinking it every day, not skipping any meals (don't worry too much about food just remember to only be 80% full and lose more fat than you intake) and also remember to drink plenty of water. I understand the pain of losing weight so don't worry and always remember that you shouldn't give up and keep trying !! ❤❤❤❤

📌Today, almost 5 days after entering, I did it again because I am a very lazy girl but it was less difficult than the first time.

📌Today was a little difficult but if you can do it, we have to motivate ourselves because I know that if there is no reason behind what we do it doesn't work.
🎀💌Remember that there are only 7 minutes of a video that we can easily spend on the phone or wasting time, but at least let's do 30 minutes of exercise a day since 30 minutes is nothing, the discomfort will only last this short time.

✅ day 1: it burned a lot, which is mostly because i usually dont exercise, but its a good thing that it did burn because then i know that my body is burning the fat

To anyone just starting these I know its so hard at the beginning and almost impossible to do these exercises properly but trust me if you stay consistent for 2 or 3 you'll be able to do these exercises trust me I never thought I would be able to do these but now its so fun ofc its still hard but the results are so worth it remember not to give up and always rest and take care yourself ❤❤❤❤ good luck

I did some step like less for example if it said 30 sets I would have done 25 until I was comfortable and started doing the full set . I also did it in the morning before breakfast, I’m not really a breakfast eater so it didn’t really affect me

Day one: the workout was really hard but that's because it's only the first day. I'm sure it'll get better over time.
Day 2: It was still hard but also I felt really lazy so maybe that's Also why it felt hard. Obviously no results yet.
Day 3: I think it feels a little better but still hard, I'm pretty sure I missed a day but what ever I just add on another day.
Day 4: My stomach feels flatter and my waist feels thinner but it hasn't changed.

this workout actually helped me loose so much weight along with other workouts and diets, but now i haven’t been doing it and ive been loosing track, time to get on in it again!
