      Working on doing 52 days 😭😭 while doing 3 other of her workouts I’m really desperate lol I’m 5,2 and 110 pounds 😭😭😭😭 I need to lose weight sooo bad
      Edit: lost 13 pounds so far!! It really works results showed after 1-2 weeks and only eating 900 calories daily

    MY DAILY ABS WORKOUT!🌿☁️🌱
    I started today - September 1st
    Day 1: ✅
    📎 I did it, and now I feel better. My mood is awesome after doing excercise. I'm not going to lie, this abs workout was difficult but I could do it. I'll come tomorrow!!
    Day 2: ✅
    📎 I did it! And OMG today was so easy, maybe because I have been doing excercise since two weeks ago, but really i'm so impressed that I could do every exercise well!! I'll come tomorrow again!
    Day 3: ✅
    📎 Yes!! I did it!! I enjoy a lot doing this routine, one of my favourites. I don't really see my abs set yet because this is my third day, but my tummy is harder and stronger.

    📎 Done! Today a bit earlier. And yes, I have the hope that in some weeks my abs are gonna to be marked. Okay, see you tomorrow again! bye bye

    When you're doing the crunch claps, make sure your lower back is flat on the ground, if you can't then lift your legs a bit higher. Arching your back too much while kicking your legs out can hurt your back, so be careful and stay active.

    🚨‼️: I didn't go on any diet and my sleep isn't the best haha. I didn't try that hard, so my results are justifiable.

    Doing this part of the 7 Day challenge for day 6 and guys her challenges work! My stomach got flatter and it reduced my bloating! Now after I eat I don’t get a baby bump! My core feels sm tighter! Its amazingggg! The only thing is you HAVE to be consistent but after the first few days it becomes a little bit easier to keep up! I hope the best for everyone!     DAY ONE: I did some of the exercises incorrectly, but it hurt like crap! ✅
    📌please like this so I remember!
    update: sorry for taking so long to update! I was trying out other exercises so I didn’t get to finish this one, so we’re restarting
    DAY 1: after I re tried this, it definitely wasn’t as hard as the other day I tried this, so it definitely gets easier ✅
    📌This time I’ll make sure to stay consistent and update u guys on every day!
    DAY TWO: wasn’t as hard as day one, Definitely struggled on some parts but overall it was not that horrible

      Результата так такового не будет, если вы не будете соблюдать дефицит калорий ( для похудения ), либо профицит ( для наращивания мышц ), без активности, без соблюдений правил

    Day 1: I am doing this with two other workouts and dance, had to break a few times, but got through the whole thing!
    Day 2: Forgot to post yesterday, only did half of my workout routine because I had rock band camp
    Day 3:✅
    Day 4: Workouts done, but no dance since I had things to get done
    Day 5: Only half done, but I went to the lake with a friend
    Day 6: Only did half, no real reason, I was just really tired
    Day 7: Rest Day bc of church, went out w a friend as well

    I am pretty sad since there has been no real progress, haven’t been dancing so I’ll add that in again

    Week 2: Waist: 29.5 inches Hips:33 inches My weight has been changing, and I feel like it always goes back at the end of the week, my upper abs are looking slightly toned, while my hips are still holding onto fat :(
    Day 15: Only did some, I have an outdoor camp, so I will get some exercise

    Day 18: No workout, did a rly long swim
    Day 19: Only half workout, now one camp is over and I have another.

    Upper abs are def looking more toned and I’m much more confident and happy w my body!

    Doing this everyday
    Day 1- Some of them were really hard since I am a beginner but I rly like the burn in my muscles
    Day 2 - It was a little easier, I feel so happy though. Leg movements are hard
    Day 3 - Omg I've already started to see difference and it makes me happy. I really love how beginner friendly you are
    Day 4- I can see difference on my belly, I rly like the workout
    Day 5 - it is a little easier now, I can't wait for the results on the last day
    Day 6- Omg there really is difference. I was very exhausted today so it was hard
    Day 7- It went well, I think I am doing well
    IT'S BEEN A WEEK!!!
    Day 8 - Day 8 was yesterday but I just forgot to comment. I t's going well so far
    Day 9 - Day 9 was yesterday my dumbass just forgot to reply again. I was very exhausted so it went okay
    Day 10 - It is going amazing I think. I still have some hard time though
    Day 11 - Same as yesterday
    Day 12 - It's going good, there is slightly changes

    My workout record :
    Height : 150 cm ( 1.5 m )
    Weight : 50 kg ( 110.2 lbs )
    Target weight : 42 kg ( 92.5 lbs )
    Waist measurement : 27.5 inch ( 70 cm )
    Target weight measurements: 24 inch ( 60 cm )
    ➡️ Actually I am not on obese or on fat side but I am still bloated and fat on my waist region .
    ➡️ With this I am also going to do 15 min flat belly pilates workout , Korean pilates workout and face workout .
    Day 1 : ✅
    As I have been working out for more than a year so It was not so hard for me .
    Day 2 : ✅
    It was little bit hard for me today . But I can't believe now my waist is 27 inches ( 69 cm ) . I going to do it for 30 days and let's see what's the result .
    Day 3: ✅
    I didn't see any change but I have got more flexible and efficient . I did it without any extra break .
    Day 4: ✅
    Now it was little bit easier for me . I look toned and less bloated but still I have a long way to go .
    Day 5: ✅
    Easy!!!! I am sweating the same amount but it's easy now . I am looking little bit toned ( but still unnoticeable ) and now my waist is 26.8 - 26.9 .
    Day 6 :✅
    But today I only did this workout , full body stretches , face workout and k-pop dance for 1.5 hours . Before starting this challenge I was 60 kg and lost 10 kg through k-pop dance only so I am going to do 1hr k-pop dance , Korean pilates , face workout , stretches and this workout for next 24 days of challenge . So let's see what's the results .
    Day 7: ✅
    Due to some issues i only did this , stretches and face workout only .
    I week completed ☺️😀
    Day 8 :✅
    Now my waist is 26.6-26.7
    Day 9 : ✅
    Still a long way to go
    Day 10 : ✅
    Now my waist is now 26.5-26.6. But today I didn't did the Korean pilates .
    Day 11 : ✅
    Now everything has become so easy yet tiring . Now I can feel the pain in my abs . But still a lot way to go .
    Day 12 :✅
    Today I woke up with a sour waist . And today also I skipped Korean pilates as I am having a test today 😅. And my waist is now 26.1 - 26.2
    Day 13 : ✅
    Day 14 : ❎
    I didn't did this workout , But I walked about 2 km
    Day 15 : ✅
    Due to walking I had severe pain in my body so I again skipped Korean pilates .
    Day 16 : ✅
    I didn't did the Korean pilates . The nerves in my hand got overlapped so i have to do minimum exercise till I get better . So , for some days I have to skip Korean pilates .
    Day 17:✅
    I didn't do the rest because of school works but this really works like magic . It shrinked my waist and I look more toned too . This really works .

    Gonna do a week of this!
    Day 1:✅ It was a struggle as i’m not used to this but I completed it!
    Day 2:✅ Completed! It was a bit easier and my stomach already feels stronger!
    Day 3:✅ Wow! It was so much easier today! I managed to complete all of the exercises! Already feel a lot healthier!

    To anyone just starting these I know its so hard at the beginning and almost impossible to do these exercises properly but trust me if you stay consistent for 2 or 3 you'll be able to do these exercises trust me I never thought I would be able to do these but now its so fun ofc its still hard but the results are so worth it remember not to give up and always rest and take care yourself ❤❤❤❤ good luck

    day 1✅ - : I felt the burn 🔥 (ill come back tmr!)

    I've been doing this workout along with the 13 min flat belly pilates every day for around two weeks and I'm impressed with how far I've gone ! Now I look forward to exercising every morning when I wake up, and that's something that I have NEVER experienced, so I'm really grateful !
    As for now, I haven't noticed any significant change abs-wise, but my mood is so much better and I don't feel as bloated after eating as I did before.
    I am noticing how my abdomen is getting slowly but surely toned every single day it passes.
    I don't do any diet since my weight is healthy enough and if I get any lower It wouldn't be good for my health, but I'm excited to see how far I'll go! I plan to do this every day (minus saturday), so hopefully I'll do this a couple of months before getting to uni next year !

    Весь год откладывала свою фигуру на потом,но все.Больше откладывать свои планы не собираюсь.И до понедельника ждать не буду!

    Вес - 50 кг
    Скажу сразу,что делаю не только эти упражнения,но так же занимаюсь ещё по двум видео.
    И дополнять комментарий Я буду только когда сделаю все три комплекса упражнений.
    В питании себя не ограничиваю,только стараюсь не есть много вредной еды и конфет.
    День 1.✅ Я чуть не откинулась,вот честно.Думала моё сердце не выдержит.
    День 2.✅Сегодня у меня был очень насыщенный день,думала что не успею сделать.Но в итоге взяла себя в руки и всё сделала.Было тяжело,но тоналка выдержала все три комплекса упражнений.Тоналке ставлю 10/10.
    День 3.✅Сегодня мне все ещё было тяжело,но все равно НАМНОГО легче,чем в первый день.
    День 4.✅Всё сделала.
    День 5.✅Сделала.Самой не верится,что целых пять дней,а не один.

    День 9.❌Не успеваю, к сожалению.Домой вернусь очень поздно,но завтра тогда сделаю два подхода.Утром и вечером.

    I’ve been doing this and the K-POP body workout for a month or so and I’ve lost about 4kg! I went from a 74 cm waist to a 69 cm waist too ! I totally recommend this workout for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time.

    Day 1 : I made it but 3 of them I didn't do 3 sec of them anyways it's ok I am going to do these workouts with walking 1 hour a day so yah let's do it .
    Day 2 : I still felt a bit sore but I am sure by time it will go away did it but I forgot to update
    Day 3 : it's getting a bit easier i will complete
    Day 4 : I made it guys u just need to get used to it by days trust me it will be easier just keep it going u need to work for what u want

    Day 6 : I didn't do it because I was sick

    Day 5: I did it! I feel so good; my waist looks pretty toned actually! I did get my period today, but I feel motivated.

    Not bad. Today was a mid day. With cross country practice, I did 6 800s (3 miles). Pace was 10 minutes per mile.

    I'm going to be doing this workout for a month
    I'm also doing a 12 minute butt workout right now which I started 4 days ago
    Measurements:
    Bust 32 inches
    Under bust: 30 inches
    Waist: 26.3 inches
    Hips: 33 inches
    Butt: 36.5 inches
    Weight: 112
    Age: 19
    Day one: the workout was really hard but that's because it's only the first day. I'm sure it'll get better over time.
    Day 2: It was still hard but also I felt really lazy so maybe that's Also why it felt hard. Obviously no results yet.
    Day 3: I think it feels a little better but still hard, I'm pretty sure I missed a day but what ever I just add on another day.
    Day 4: My stomach feels flatter and my waist feels thinner but it hasn't changed.

    But imma stay consistent, i went from 103 kg to 98kg and i'm already so proud of me!!(results from another workout and a diet)
    Its my Second day doing this and i feel so much better after doing workouts, it's a fight doing it but for the Feeling Afterwards its worth it!!

    I've been doing this workout 9 days straight, once a day, and I lost 2 cms off my waist and 4 cms off my belly (while not changing my eating habits). This definitely works, even tho it's quite short and isn't too challenging! I love this routine, will continue and maybe will update
    Update 1: So today is my 15th day, already done. I'm halfway through. And let me tell you - my stomach has never been flatter! It became tougher and generally doesn't bloat this much if at all. I'm so happy that I remained consistent because I struggle with consistency, especially if it comes to working out. But now I'm on my 15th day and have never been prouder to say that my belly already looks great, can't wait to see full results on day 30 xx
    Final update: Okay so I was doing it consistently for 30 days and I went from 75 cms to 68 cms around my belly, workout's amazing and results are great, def recommended

    I am a beginner trying to build up a habit of having workouts and I will try doing this for as long as I can
    Day 1 : it really made me feel good, although I had some moments where I couldn’t really handle it I loved every moment ✅
    Day 2 : back to it, I took less breaks but still had to take some ✅

    Bueno empezaré con la rutina :)
    Día 1: ✅ me canse un poco pero nada fuerte.
    Día 2: ✅ me canse más que el día anterior pero lo logré.
    Día 3: ✅ bueno, hoy no me canse mucho fue más fácil hacer todos los ejercicios y me siento más ligera también veo mi abdomen más plano, así que todo bien< . día 8: ❌ lo siento, :(( me enferme y no hice la rutina, pero mañana continuo :♡.
    Seguiré actualizando.
    Perdón x no actualizar, hasta ayer miércoles me mejore y pues no seguí con la rutina hoy, la continuaré hasta el lunes lo siento x eso :((.

    28.06.22 начало
    1 неделя ✅ (-1, визуально видно изменения)
    2 недели ✅ (осталась так же 66 см)
    3 недели ✅ (65 см)
    4 недели ✅ (64.5)
    (1)выполняю эту тренировку примерно 5 раз в неделю, нет какого-то графика, просто по своим ощущениям
    (2) так же визуально становится уже талия, но параметры не меняются, но это уже довольно много -1 за неделю так как до этого столько же было за месяц
    (4) крутая тренировка, я не сидела на дефиците, не ограничивала себя, так что это вполне хороший результат
    так же это параметры натощак, после еды прибавлялось 2-3 сантиметра, и это нормально, спорт это не быстрая вещь, но в целом видно как уменьшился процент жира, тренировки продолжаю дальше, но уже другие и на другие части тела, всем удачи)

    Llevo como unos 11 días haciendo él reto, y hasta ahora sí he visto cambios; podemos empezar con que mi abdomen se aplanó mucho y no me inflo tanto como antes. Intentaré de seguir posteando cómo voy, el lunes una de mis amigas más cercanas empezará el reto igual. Las mantengo informadas

    ill be trying to do this exercise as much as i can
    ✅ day 1: it burned a lot, which is mostly because i usually dont exercise, but its a good thing that it did burn because then i know that my body is burning the fat
    ✅ day 2: it was a bit easier than yesterday, it still burned as much as yesterday which means im slowly progressing
    ✅ day 3: i notice that my stomach is getting a little bit flatter, my body has been a bit sore from exercising
    ✅ day 4: some exercises got easier but the burn was the same, im feeling better than i ever have about my body
    ✅ day 5: i did this in bed, i was busy today but i tried my best to do it as soon as i could, i can see a little bit of change
    ✅ day 6: it got way easier compared to day 1, im proud of myself and i can still feel the burn
    ✅ day 7: it has been a week of doing this, im even more proud of myself and im so shocked to see that i have even completed a week, today it still burned i just has less trouble with the exercises, im getting used to it more and more day by day
    ✅ day 8: i did this right before i went to bed, it felt great and my muscles feel stronger and more relaxed at the same time
    ✅ day 9: i felt a bit lazy today, i had went on a long day trip for school and getting at the destination was a whole lot of walking, i tried my best to do the workout today
