I didn't realize that you were supposed to switch legs on the first exercise. It would be cool if you could do a 'ding' or something to notify people when you switch legs. I wasn't looking at the screen so I kept going on my right leg than waited for you to do the left leg. Great quick video otherwise! I love your exercises!❤❤
@@cassyyssucrette7528 i’ve notice changes in my entire body actually. I lost some weight , looked a little lean, snatched my waist, and a rounder butt. Didn’t lose all my body fat cos I’m a short girly I would look like a boy 😂 but I see my muscles whenever I flex them. Did not follow any diet tho I just eat food in proportion and in moderation (junk foods)
i would love it if you could add the level (beginner/intermediate /etc) in the description of every videojust so i know how doable it is for me! love your channel :)
@@Jungkooker-v3x what I found works for me is doing the exercises for a shorter time, eventually it will be easier to build up to the full 45+ seconds! Sometimes I do it slower or take breaks more often too
Can I just say BUTT ON FIRE 🔥 hahaha loved it! Just getting back into pilates after having my baby and its been a slow process but you make it so easy with your 5 minutes workouts that I can squeeze in through the day during his tummy time!

Maybe you should watch the video 1st to the learn the exercise movement and length. Then do the work out.
