Still here! :D Doing this while recovering from a flu. Made me feel better! It's perfect intensity and range of motion to get the blood flowing, but gentle enough to not exhaust. I've been feeling quite depressed about laying sick in bed all day for the past week, and this is helping me get back up on my feet. Thank you so much for sharing this, Monika!

I am trying to get in the habit of exercising at least a little bit every other day or so. Today is the first day of this and your video was great for me! some of the leg exercises were a bit of a struggle, but I pushed through and did the best I could. I’ve been trying to exercise more regularly to boost up my metabolism that was wrecked so badly due to long periods of lockdown. I’ve been trying out many types of video exercises and I like this one because it’s standing and also much slower and controlled. I like working out in the mornings and so far, I’m liking this set.
