Its been a week now, You're my fav! i tried many videos over the years and couldnt stick to any, either too much talk, exercises that i coudnt do (i really wonder what they think beginner or knee friendly is, cause they're not doing it right XD) i love your format, the fact that i can see whats coming up next, i can do every move(rarely having to adjust, as opposed to sometimes having to crunch a few videos together to get almost a 10min), relax and just follow the music. mostly no minute wasting, plus its easy to find a video with no jumping or knee friendly for real! the description is just so true! so i moved to barely being able to do a work out per month(or two) to sometimes 5 workout of 10min a day! (those morning ones are just wonderful, its not even a chore to start them ! ) i hope you keep doing those (if you enjoy it) and wish you the best!
Hi! Just wanted to check. During the "standing side crunch" is it normal for your hip to kinda make like a "cracking" noise? I have already experienced this some other times while dancing ballet, but just wanted to check and see if it is normal, or at least not harmful to your body in any way? Thank you!
About a wk ago I typed gentle exercises for beginners in the search box & came across your video. Even as a mature person I decided to give it a try at my own pace though. Thank you very much. I resumed today and do each video as it comes up on my page. You've given me the incentive to continue. Keep up the good work 👌🏾😊
Hey Monika! Can you give me any suggestions to lose weight before the end of May? I am 190lbs and I've been doing your workouts daily but I want to feel at least some what good in a swimsuit before our vacation. I need a sample menu plan to follow or some specific changes I can make dietary wise. Thanks in advance girl!

I didn't feel my abs burning as what happens when doing other abs training on yoga mat. Am I doing it correct?
