Omg… I’m so thankful with you right now. I’m a colon cancer survivor and I have so many health issues that sometimes I give up on my diet or exercise. That’s awesome! I didn’t go thru the same things as you did, but I did have terrible motivation problems when it came to health and exercise. Her vids did the same for me! She has a couple of beginner friendly 10 minute workouts I switch between to switch it up so it won’t become boring

I live a mostly sedentary life and never exercised much growing up so this video was the perfect starting point for me as a true beginner. I was surprised to find I worked up a sweat so quickly but every exercise was completely doable at the same time. Thanks for making these!

I struggle to keep up with other channels of this type, because they basically demand like half an hour to an hour of intense workout per day, and I'm just... I'm not looking to get a beach bod or whatever, I just want to move for a bit bc I sit like a pretzel at my pc all day. I realize now that I've been doing yours for a month and it's just not really been a problem to do them every morning! So thank you for these :)
❤❤❤❤ just want to say that you for the video and workout , I prefer the “Mood Boost” workout than this however after a while I noticed this workout is slower pace and can help me to adjust my mornings lazy body into a more flexible way via breathing and slow move , so now I love it 🥰
