    Omg… I’m so thankful with you right now. I’m a colon cancer survivor and I have so many health issues that sometimes I give up on my diet or exercise. But your 10 min routines bring me so much peace and it makes me feel so good that I can believe that I’m motivated ones again. Thank you again keep the good work 😄

      That’s awesome! I didn’t go thru the same things as you did, but I did have terrible motivation problems when it came to health and exercise. Her vids did the same for me! She has a couple of beginner friendly 10 minute workouts I switch between to switch it up so it won’t become boring

    I haven’t workout in ages. I’m finding hard time getting back to it. But your 10 minutes all standing workouts helped me so much. Mentally and physically ❤

    Thank you very much. I like it very much because it"s slow and controled, but effective. ❤️🌹 I'm 53 years old and ballet and pilates suit me best now, I'm tired of hiits, cardio , fitness and similar.

    I have been following your videos for more than a year and do one of your 10 minute ones every morning. I am over 50 and these are perfect to get me going. I then cycle to work which is over 12 miles (boasting) BUT would not be able to do it without these workouts. Thanks so much!

    I live a mostly sedentary life and never exercised much growing up so this video was the perfect starting point for me as a true beginner. I was surprised to find I worked up a sweat so quickly but every exercise was completely doable at the same time. Thanks for making these!

    These are perfect to get your body out of that morning slump without having to go anywhere in the cold or needing crazy equipment. I stumbled across this video on accident looking for something else but I'm so glad I did. I have been struggling to get out of bed in the morning but I will start using these as motivation to get my day started sooner. Thank you!

    This is one of my favorite morning workouts of yours. While usually I do fairly well, the morning after a bunch of digging and constructing in the garden, this is a bit challenging today. Thank you for your videos:)

    Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel.
    Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me but those quick workouts at home are what I needed.
    Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding.
    PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

    I struggle to keep up with other channels of this type, because they basically demand like half an hour to an hour of intense workout per day, and I'm just... I'm not looking to get a beach bod or whatever, I just want to move for a bit bc I sit like a pretzel at my pc all day. I realize now that I've been doing yours for a month and it's just not really been a problem to do them every morning! So thank you for these :)

    ❤❤❤❤ just want to say that you for the video and workout , I prefer the “Mood Boost” workout than this however after a while I noticed this workout is slower pace and can help me to adjust my mornings lazy body into a more flexible way via breathing and slow move , so now I love it 🥰
