Tried this about two weeks ago got about 3 and a half minutes in and gave up because 8 couldnt even do the warm ups but this tine i got 8 minutes in! Im proud of myself. I woke up really sore from some heavier kettlebell exercises two days ago and wasn’t motivated for my usual workouts in the morning. This was absolutely perfect to get me mobilized and energized for the day. Thank you for helping me show up, I’m so grateful! 🙏

I am literally doing my own workouts at home rn! Ate a small salad and I was feeling good. Did some warm up stretches and a small protein shake, now this!! I also heard green was good to aid in weight loss ? Idk but thanks for another great video!❤
Today I did Monday feeling good workout. I can write a book about this experience. But I do it short. It's been a long time I didn't sweat 💦 like this. The first work was the hardest one because of the squat exercises. But I made it. For the HIIT I was a little scared but it was the best one for me. I want to say thank you to Monika for those videos. Standing working is my best because of my knee pain. Thanks 👍
