Love these work outs! I don' t care for rolling around on the floor trying to exercise so engaging core strength during these clips are perfect for me. I add a little weight in to intensify the work out! Love it! Keep em coming!
Today I did Monday feeling good workout. I can write a book about this experience. But I do it short. It's been a long time I didn't sweat 💦 like this. The first work was the hardest one because of the squat exercises. But I made it. For the HIIT I was a little scared but it was the best one for me. I want to say thank you to Monika for those videos. Standing working is my best because of my knee pain. Thanks 👍

Wow I just did this thanks I love it❤ I can only do standing workouts as I have bad knees & short workout cuz my autistic daughter is up making messes plus I have perimenapause & osteoarthritis so my energy is low,I feel amazing❤
