This was intense but great!! I have to say I personally preferred that you didn’t have the progress bar before. It really allowed me to focus on enjoying the workout, rather than checking when it’s over. 😅
My legs feel so heavy after weeks of no workout again but I'm so thankful for your videos I had to keep pushing through! I was able to finish it! Yahoo :) Thank you Monika for the workout
