6 weeks post partum. I started a couple weeks ago with your easy morning stretching videos. I just added this on today and I can already feel like I'll definitely fit into that bridesmaids dress for the wedding I'm in next month!

I did this exercise this morning! It really gave me a good burn! It was funny though, during the exercise I felt less burn on my abs and more on my neck and lower face 😂 I think i might have been doing something wrong lol! I'm going to do it again tomorrow though, hopefully I can straighten a few things out that I'm doing shaky!

Yeee mostly girls like to have a tight bun updo of hairs while workout......
But I don't like bun while I do french and tuck a claw clip or sometimes 2 clips and secure my hairs up..... So that hair don't disturb me
