I did your exercise yesterday. It was so good. Today, i was feeling lazy and sore when i woke up, but since your exercises are simple and light, I was able to do it again today. This is the kind of workout beginners, lazy, not fit, ordinary people like me need! Thank you so much for this!
This actually looks like something I could do straight after rolling out of bed, and which won't make me depressed about having to do it again tomorrow because I'm so out of shape. Thank you. Gonna also add some W-pose back crunches to this to try to fix my posture.
i think this is the best morning workout ive ever came across! The transition from laying down on my bed to standing on the floor for the last few moves is awesome! I have no choice but to leave my bed hahaha. I dont know if thats intentional but i love it!

My work lasts from noon to late in the evening. I do your workouts twice a day in the morning (10-15 mins) and afternoon (6-10 mins). They really help me to recharge my energy. Many love and thanks!

I've been a few of your morning workouts for the past 3 days and it started off with me cussing and wondering why people exercise till today when I was able to control my breathing, posture with ease and didn't realize the workout was over.
