@@Ira.1 I do it in the morning and i feel much more awake, ready for the day, and good about being able to say i consistently workout! i have trouble with consistency too, that’s why u start small! some of these videos are perfect for that because they’re beginner and only 10 mins. smart small and celebrate the every win
Absolutely loved it. I get nervous thinking about the day ahead and this workout helps give me the focus, strength and a good stretch that I need. I felt amazing and relaxed afterwards.
I am just seeing your videos within the last few weeks. Thank you SO much. These are wonderful and low impact. I find it really hard to get out of bed in the morning, let alone do a workout! But your videos are just perfect. They help my joint pain so much. Much better than regular stretching. THANK YOU 🙏🏼✨💛
