    Hi everyone, I've got a new 10 minute morning yoga flow for you and this will really help you stretch your entire body from head to toe. This is a great routine to do every single day to improve flexibility and get a boost of energy.
    No props are needed and we'll go through poses like butterfly, downward dog, chair pose, low lunge, half splits and child's pose. I'd say this is an all levels practice.

      Hi Kassandra.
      Could you please show a few ways to practise yoga when you have bad knees ? I have hyper mobility in my knees and quite often they pop out of their joints if I try to sit like you with my knees bent. Thank you so much for all your wonderful videos they really help me with my pain in my body as I have chronic pain and fibromyalgia 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I find it amazing how just 10 minutes of yoga can make such a difference to how my body feels each day. My word today is acceptance. To accept where I am at today and its okay.

    Wake up feeling perplexed about waking too late and not sleeping enough. This exercise helps me get rid of the guilt and focuses on the moment. The word for today is "clear mind". I want to be guilt-free and focus on the growth at the right moment.

    Hi. I got sick & didn't practice for 2 days 'cause felt weakness in my muscles. I'm so happy I'm back today. Stretching was very rewarding in spite I'm not totally well yet. The background music's amazing. Thank you, have a great day.

    After doing your 10-minute morning yoga to start every single day for the last month, I can now put my chin to my chest after three years of not having that ability (not even close). I’m in my mid-thirties, and I am a textbook workaholic. I truly appreciate your 10-minute series because there’s no excuse not to spend 10 minutes doing something everyday that has already had such amazing results. I’ve focused on your hip stretching sessions, and I can’t believe how much it has helped my back and neck. THANK YOU!

    This is my first day of many to come starting my day with yoga and my word of my day was peace. I'm trying to find peace both inside myself and in the world around me and doing this routine with you really was the perfect way to start. It truly helped me feel more at peace in my own body and made me feel prepared to take on the day while still respecting my inner peace. Can't wait for all my mornings now ❤

    Thank you for these gentle yoga practices! I have a connective tissue disorder and it creates tightness in hard to reach areas, causing severe pain and insomnia. Since I started waking up with your stretches I've had a huge improvement in blood flow and energy throughout the day. I'm definitely committed to your channel.

    I have been watching your practice videos for over a month now! Originally was looking for some Yin yoga practice videos to alleviate the pain in my hip, lower back, knees from sitting front of a computer all day long. Then I found your 10 minute morning videos that have really changed my days. I found myself integrating that 10 minute in my every day morning routine which really helped me with the pain! I feel a bit anxious since I woke up and I had to go straight to a doctor's appointment, I'm also in tpm as we speak so... a lot going on and I feel really stuck in my head, specially since I have a lot of tasks and chores to get done today.     Motivation!! Recovered from Covid a month ago and have been finding it very difficult to get motivated, practice Yoga every day, work full time, study and take care of 3 children and a household.
    These 10 minute classes are a life saver to get my day started at the moment. That's all I can manage every second day. I used to practice 30 minutes 5 days a week but just can't get up to do it like I used to. I hope my health and motivation returns to 100% soon.

    Thank you for this! Today is the first day in about 6 weeks I have done yoga. Trying to recover from COVID. I needed something short and not super intense.     I had some difficulty with leaning over at all during the butterfly stretch, but did my best. And still felt a deep stretch through my back.

    I've got three knots in my back and just went rock climbing for the first time in a while, so my body's a little sore and stiff this morning. 10 minutes does wonders. My word was 'kind'. thank you Kass.
