I have torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders so the planks that show up in every ab video are a no-go. I will be starting TODAY and will report back in a month!!

Except for those of us who only have a mobile phone to rely upon, we can't follow just looking at the screen, the verbal instruction is helpful & necessary in that case.
I'm diagnosed with sciatica as well and I'd say yes. For me a good stretch gets my right and now it's just stiff but no pain and after the stretch and then work out there's no stiffness nor pain..
@snakejr2717 🤭 It's a 10 minute ab workout. I dont think that 10 minutes will give you what dieting and longer ab exercises will give you. But it does help l o l. You funny though.
No thanks, when you r in your 20’s this movement is easy as u age this movement is bad for your neck and back. You need to do movements for 40, 50 & 60 year old women. If your interested in a larger audience
It's good for someone, just starting out or people that can't physically get on the floor or can't do certain movements. Also elderly people or for people that are obese, it's better this.. than nothing at all 🤷🏾♀️
I have done these kinds of workouts on RUclips, and it does make a difference, but we also have to be disciplined with what we eat.

Is it good for people with sciatic pain and/or slightly herniated discs?
I was wondering the same thing. My guess would be to not do the full range of motion for some of it and just get it as close as you can.
