    I have done these kinds of workouts on RUclips, and it does make a difference, but we also have to be disciplined with what we eat.

    Well to those who have mocked this. I am a really fit person and I found this awesome. So if there is anyone out there who want abs do this video as I can feel my abs working and there is no strain on our back. I love this thank you so much! ❤

    Good morning, And Thank you so much for this Awesome workout! 💐👏🏾🎉 i’m 58 1/2 yrs old, and I’m so excited to see my results after 1 month of working out with you in the mornings. I love that you do not talk, but get right to it! 👍🏾 I also, love that I can wake up very early and find 10 - 15 minute workouts before my 1 hour walk. What you’re do matters to so many. 🏆👏🏾🎉

    So happy to find this video, thank you!
    I am 62 with somewhat of a distended rectus abdominus that protrudes like a baguette and I am trying to reel it in! I have torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders so the planks that show up in every ab video are a no-go. I will be starting TODAY and will report back in a month!!

    Lo que haces es importante para mi, por algo estas así tonificada, sigo al pie de la letra tus ejercicios y después de bajar 18 kilos en cardio, busqué como reducir el estómago flácido y he perdido centímetros multiplicando el tiempo a 50 minutos diarios. Todo sirve, muchas gracias. 🙏🏻💪🏻

      I was wondering the same thing. My guess would be to not do the full range of motion for some of it and just get it as close as you can.

      I'm diagnosed with sciatica as well and I'd say yes. For me a good stretch gets my right and now it's just stiff but no pain and after the stretch and then work out there's no stiffness nor pain..

      It will work if you're consistent. I don't have abs like her, but when I do these exercises, I notice a difference

      @snakejr2717 🤭 It's a 10 minute ab workout. I dont think that 10 minutes will give you what dieting and longer ab exercises will give you. But it does help l o l. You funny though.

    No thanks, when you r in your 20’s this movement is easy as u age this movement is bad for your neck and back. You need to do movements for 40, 50 & 60 year old women. If your interested in a larger audience

      It's good for someone, just starting out or people that can't physically get on the floor or can't do certain movements.
      Also elderly people or for people that are obese, it's better this.. than nothing at all 🤷🏾‍♀️
