this is the best ab pilates i’ve ever done!!! i literally saw results within days! and after weeks my tummy got flat and waist more snatched! my go to forever
@@celinesonggi don’t have a restricted diet or eat specific foods. I just focus on what my body needs no matter what it is but i limit everything like for example i only eat fast food once in a while because i personally prefer eating clean home food, i also drink plant based milk and lactose free milk so that i don’t bloat, and try my best to eat brown bread more than white bread. Other than that i just try to eat as clean as possible for example air frying the foods that need to be fried and i only use olive oil in food. It’s also very important to eat until you are actually not hungry anymore and give it 3-4 hours in between your meals. For snacks i really just eat whatever i want but don’t overeat. And do pilates as much as i have time during the week annnnddd lastly walking helped a lot with improving everything! but this workout is really so effective i really did see results within the first days (less bloating + more energetic) and then i started noticing my waist getting smaller and also my tummy flatter. I have done many pilates workouts before but really none of them had me seeing change as much as this one! I hope this helps xx

i love madeleine's workouts so so much💌💌 i'm going to start this today for 30 days and update whenever i remember because i'm in my senior year and it takes up all my time!! day 1: ✅ (after 4 minutes with no breaks i couldn't move so i took a little break then resumed, ik it'll be worth it!!!) day 2: ✅ (my belly's still a little sore from yestarday but i feel like i've gotten slightly better at this!) day 3: ✅ (did this a little later than usual) day 4: ✅ (was feeling generally exhausted but did this anyway, this time i survived 7 minutes and 30 seconds with zero breaks!!!!) day 5: ✅ (this is my second day of doing this one alongside the day 13 one from her 1 month plan and it burns!) day 6: ✅ (i had so much to do but i got up late at night to do it because i really did not want to lose my streak) day 7: ❎ (was studying for my physics final, it took up all of my time) day 8: ❎ (studying for the physics final, again!) day 9: ❎ (got a really bad cold, stayed in bed all day) day 10: ✅ (back at it again!!! i might try to make up for the lost days💌) day 11: ❎ (wasn't feeling well) day 12: ✅ (did this despite feeling unwell and now i feel way better💌) day 13: ✅ (i can't believe i'm at day 13 that's just insane to me!) day 14: ✅(everyday i notice that i can endure it for longer without frequent breaks and makes me feel so proud🎀) day 15: ✅ day 16: ✅ day 17: ✅ day 18: ✅ (I DID IT AND WITH NO BREAKS OH MY GOD) day 19: ✅ (did it with no breaks AGAIN i'm so proud and i'm hoping to keep it up🤍) day 20: ✅(YAYYYY!) day 21: ✅ day 22: ✅ day 23: ✅ day 24: ✅(keeping up the no breaks workout!!) day 24: ✅(my thigh muscles have been so sore from doing another workout and then i did this and now i feel way less sore!) day 25: ✅(so close to day 30!!) day 26: ✅(i'm not seeing much of a transformation, but it's nice to stay active) day 27: ✅(i still have to make up for the lost days! but i'm so excited) day 28: ✅(i do have a smaller waist but the belly rolls are still there!) day 29: ✅(!!!!!!!!!!) day 30: ✅(last day of me officially doing this, i only have to make up for the lost days but i'm going to be switching to another pilates workout!)
I think you have to do more than 1 workout vid per day if you want results, or like every 2 days you workout or wtv. I would rlly recommend dancing tbh, it's fun and burns cals. You can also be on a diet if you dont want to workout too much. Oh and also walk a lot(like 10k steps per day) and drink plenty of water(like 2L ig idk)

Hi! I’ve been trying your Pilates work outs for like 3 times now and I love them but how do you keep your legs straight during the majority of the start? Did you do stretches or does it come with time? My legs always slightly bend 😭
It’s all about practice with a detail like that! The most important part is getting the motion down and then with time, your core strength and flexibility improvements will allow more solid & straight legs 🩷
I have a lot of questions😢 Did any of you guys have to have a diet? (I can’t really diet so I have to eat a certain amount of calories to make up for it) how much calories would I be able to eat in order to get this to work (but not to little so it won’t slow down my metabolism even more) only if a diet is needed😁
