Love your videos!!!!! Small suggestion tho can you add like a preview of what’s the next exercise, as I continuously look at the screen, am unprepared on what’s next and then end up messing up😂😂

ive always been trying to lose weight but other workouts are too fast for me
i really enjoy how slow but painful these workouts are 😭 its really relaxing in my opinion

Been going to the gym for a month now so will update for two weeks. (Already did day 1 before posting this comment)
(Week 1)
Day 1: felt that burn
Day 2: felt like a really good workout, burned so much
Day 3 + 4: rest
Day 5: got kind of easier, burn was still intense
today i decided to start doing workouts regularly after gaining so much weight and with this one i literally felt the burn it was so good thank u for the lovely video baby ❤also i'll try to do it everyday so wish me luckkk 🙊

Have you seen results?
i’ve been doing this, walking around 5k - 10k steps a day, playing sports like badminton/volleyball regularly, and dieting and this has definitely helped a lot!! i’ve been doing this for around 10 days straight and i still feel the burn

I can wait till I feel stronger I feel so weak doing these and my form is crap 😢 definitely is gonna take some time but I can’t wait!!
Did it work for you, like did you only lose the stomach fat??
@@DestinieWilliams.I lost weight all around. I used to have really fat arms and now they’re visibly skinnier, my butt also became more toned in the process. You have to combine these workouts together tho.
10 minutes is not really enough for you to actually lose weight. I would either combine 2-3 videos from her or loop them to get multiple sets in.
Next is adding cardio. Walking and dancing are both great cardio! I used to walk around my house and room making sure my heart rate was up to get my cardio in.
For my diet I started eating three meals a day opposed to my one meal. Helps metabolize your food if you eat at least three. Eat meat!! They are your best friend and use the my plate for portioning. Snacking is fine but try to only eat a handful of unhealthy chips for snacking or switch to fruits for snacks.

Has your waist gotten smaller?
@@sukithemoon so I use her videos strictly for abs about 5-6x a week, but I also do about 20 min leg workout with up to 40lbs of weights 5x a week, and about 30min cardio 3-4x a week. with all combined, for sure my waist has gotten smaller due to fat loss. but I WILL say, I have been working out for many years and her pilates videos are some of the best i've used. I break a really good sweat with hers which is important for fat loss!!
@@samanthamarie2122is it okay for me to do this once a week along with other workouts (back and legs) during the rest of the week? im 16 and have only just started working out from home and the goal being to tone my body and possible abs. im not trying to gain weight.

Hiii! I discovered u on instagram and decided to give a try to ur workout: I really liked this first one I did (this video lol). But may I give you some some advice for ur futur videos ?
1) Can you add a lil' preview of the next exercice when you almost finish the currently one, pls ? It'll be easier to follow :)
2) Can you put more... dynamic musics ? I don't know about the other videos, but this one sounds like a lullaby and if my abrs were not burning, I'd have slept on my yoga mat
3) Can you sometimes speak ? Like give us some advice on when to breath in/breath out, what you're doing ? Like support words, things like that, y'know...

A lot of the beginning ones use a lot of your hip flexor so that’s what you might be feeling
It’s still working! You’re just utilizing both your legs and your arms in this workout, so if you’re worried about it you can just use your upper body to crunch up higher and keep your leg a little further away from you. Hope this helps!
This one is just a 13 minutes workout but I was literally struggling!! A good burn 🔥

Can you do more 30-40 minute videos? I love your videos now I wish there were some longer ones too!
This one really have noticeable results. I was able to do it well the first 2-3 days then the day after that, my abdomen feels really sore and tight. My core feels stronger but it's hard to do all of them again while its still sore and all😭

As someone who never thought they’d work out regularly because I’ve always hated sweating and my school gym classes, thank you so much for your videos. They’ve gotten me working out regularly and I would have never thought I’d be doing this. Sometimes I hate the burn but I overall really enjoy doing this. I feel really good in my body and feel happier over all. I’m really grateful to have access to your videos 🫶

I heard before that you should do pilates slowly so that we could feel better where the tension from the workout is. It also allows us to maintain our breath

Does anybldy know if This routine actually works? I’ve been trying to get rid of my Belly, i just want it to be flat :(
Well I have been doing this workout for over 4 weeks now and I can tell you I have seen changes, but I’m mixing this workout with another one to reduce stomach fat. I do this one in the morning and in the afternoon I do the flat stomach one, but every body is different what it might work for me it might not work for you, but I suggest you give it a try 🫶🏼💕
