You’re my favorite instructor! I’ve recently found out i have PCOS and i started looking into pilates as a way of exercise along walking. Your videos are so helpful, i’ve done the 1 week challenge as well as this 2 week one and i started seeing results after only one week of regular exercise. I love that the exercises are not repetitive and they are easy to follow along. I can’t wait for the future ones that will have verbal instructions 🤍🌸

Can we do exercise during periods ? Or we should doing at that period of time..?? Can u please tell it's so confusing some says its bad and some says its fine..and because of this i stop doing any kind of exercise during periods...
im not an expert but i generally don’t have any problems exercising on my period! i’ve read that exercising can actually help with cramps and other pains you may feel. but if you are in a lot of pain on your period or are really exhausted, i would say give your body the rest it needs. try not to overwork your body especially on your period though.
TMI but i started exercising before my period, when i got it my cramps and flow were not as bad as before. now im able to exercise on my period and it makes it a lot more bearable. you should try
you can't spot reduce fat, that's genetics. being in a "caloric deficit" will help fat for energy and being at a deficit of about 500+, your body (using genetics) will burn fat on it's own.

try to lift yourself by squeezing your abs rather than using your back. it will get better as your ab muscles become stronger.
