@@Yourfavprettyvamp I finished the 10 days, and what I can say is that it has helped me to have more strength and to be able to support my own body. This is just the beginning to a healthier life and feeling better about yourself. Don't expect to have her body in 10 days, it is a job that takes months or even years.
IM SWEATING A LOT?!?! its a worthy 2 weeks, i got 2 more days off last week because im too busy so im finished this plan at week 3, but its all worth itt thank you so muchh madeleinee its really helpful to keep myself healthyy
Hi Madeleine, thank you so much for all your workouts. Never could I imagine that my body would change like this. I look toned, healthy and I feel so well. I do your exercises at least 3 times during the week and then i do weights on weekends. I couldn’t achieve my current look either just weights. Your Pilates workouts work best for me. It’s low impact and slow but I feel every muscle. Please don’t stop posting. Thank you!💖😇

I honestly loved this! I did not lose weight like I aimed to, but I did see my body more toned and felt a lot stronger! I had slimmer arms and legs! I also did see more of my curves because of these workouts!! Thank you sm! I will come and do more of your videos!! 💕

Guys it doesnt have a day 11 cuz every week we have a 2 day break so it counts as day 11 to 14
If you were doing translation for many international countries, including Arabic, this would be good for your channel and would attract subscribers from many international countries.

I did the two weeks and I just wanna say that for people who want to lose weight whitout having a diet it won't work but it help a lot whit not having a bloated belly
hey Madi! you should also add/do workouts that also focuses on upper body, ik that you have full body workouts which includes upper body, obviously, but yk, just a suggestion 😅

Hello you are doing so much and I love that. I've a request, can you add a plan on reducing stomach fat?
hi! stomach fat reduction isnt a workout, its your diet:) (after 7 years of working out i figured that out) eating in a calorie deficit and minimizing sugars and empty carbs intact (chips, crackers, etc) will help with that! also, eating warm foods and drinking tea before bed will help with bloat in the morning and overall gut health :) (green/ginger tea)
workouts help build muscle underneath (abs) that way as you burn your fat from eating the right foods you'll see yourself getting toned! if you stick to just the workouts without diet change you'll end up with either no results or skinny fat

@@Ferdouses. Ofcourse! I've lost 4 kilograms so far. This requires calorie deficit and I also broke my ties with sweet and oil. You've got this! My friends and family have noticed a lot of changes in my body. I'm confident and feel more stronger. Thanks to Madeleine.

Did any of you guys see a difference?
After about 1 month of consistency I saw a huge improvement in my flexibility. After closer to 2 1/2 months (ish) I started noticing more definition in my upper core muscles. So I would say yes, but you have to stay consistent :)

Yeees, i am not very constant but with this and the month challenge i can see a huge difference in my upper body and in my flexibility

Why don't make a website and add programs, for example, a program to obtain an hourglass body that includes days of exercise and times for resting from exercises I think it will be a wonderful idea and will help us a lot 🤍🤍
