    Like many others who commented, I did this workout after weeks of being too ill to exercise. (I’ve had cancer treatments.) It’s so good to have these wonderful gentle sessions on your channel, perfect for getting a tired and battered body back to moving again. Wouldn’t mind a few more of these... Thank you!

    I did this exercise because I’m in the hospital for depression and anxiety and my doctor said I could do Pilates or yoga in my room if i didn’t feel like joining the activities at the hospital. I found this video and after along time of not wanting to do things I feel so much better. Thank-you.

    You'll see comments like "I did this one because I'm ill" Which is completely fair and okay, but this time I gotta tell you, I did this gentle type workout because Im tired of killing myself with high intensity workouts and still being trapped in a self-loathing cycle, I was just mentally exhausted. This is a reminder that you don't have to be ill or in a treatment to do gentle workouts :) moving your body as you are comfortable, is what matters 🫶🫂

      Thanks for your comment. I’m in okay health and relatively young, but I struggled with this workout and had to take breaks. I’m mostly active through functional walking and cycling, so I seriously lack core and upper body strength. I wish people were more proud of their achievements and didn’t feel like they needed an excuse to be doing this ‘easy’ workout, because for some of us this gentle exercise is still tough 😅

      For some might be easy, for some not. Compare to yourself from past, not to others. Very simple but really important thing to remember ☺️.

      This! Because you don’t necessarily need high intensity workouts to reach your goals when they can actually be a hindrance, raising your cortisol levels (stress hormone) which has been directly associated with abdominal fat accumulation. I’m replacing my high intensity/impact workouts with pilates and yoga for this reason ❤

    Thank you, Nicole. I am 306 days sober. I have lost 38 pounds since Feb. 26th, 2022. I was looking for a low impact consistent core workout when I ran across your channel. I had never given pilates a thought. I love these workouts and the weekly/monthly schedule. They keep me focused. I'm on November week 2 now.     Dude this was the most chill workout I’ve ever done, who would’ve thought that exercising can be this relaxing yet still effective and feeling strong and activated! Didn’t even feel like 35 mins. When she said that was the last exercise before stretching I was like.. what?!

    i try to do pilates at least once a week (i'm the lazy girl workout type of person) and honestly, out of all the pilates videos out there, yours is the easiest to follow (the movement is WIP lol). you have a gentle and good tempo that's not overwhelming. i love how you guide step by step down to the breath work because that's usually where people struggle, where and when to breathe in and out. keep up the good work! love it

    I was a bit hesitant to switch my daily practice from yoga to pilates but there was no need to be. Nicole, your cues are excellent and don't ever worry about being a broken record. Every time I listen to your cues, there is something in my form that I need to think about. Thank you so much! Loving this channel

    This was great, it’s been a week so far of me doing Pilates and yoga and though the burn is insane still and I sometimes SCREAM NICOLE, I can tell my body is adjusting. I feel so good. I almost didn’t do it today cause I was tired but I’m glad I did

    I didn't know gentle pilates exists, I'm so happy I found this video since I'm on my first day of period I didn't really feel like doing any workout but I still did this, I'm happy about it, thx❤!!

      Perfect morning workout when I didn't want to get to sweaty! Full disclosure I had a fake tan on and wanted to do workout and feel a burn without my tan sweating off before my shower haha! Love the gratitude at the end, I also lit a nice candle and felt really calm. Thank you Nicole! ❤

    As a lifelong competitive tennis player, gymnast and dancer, it’s so nice to have something so gentle that still makes me feel composed and centered without the “cheesiness” of certain styles of “gentle” workouts. What I love most is that yours make me feel self-loved and cared for in the best ways possible. Thank you for guiding me through times when it’s hard.

    after my injury I can't exercise like I used to, but you girl give me hope that I can come back to my old strong self.
    there is something about your workouts that I feel great during and after without pain but in the same time I feel and I see results !

    Did this during day 4 of my period and it was awesome, feel energized and not exhausted. Wonderful workout for a day when you want to be gentle with yourself! (i do recommend being gentle and kind with yourself always)

    Earlier this year I was doing Nicole's pilates weekly routines religiously, but after a series of events, stress, anxiety and overall low levels of compromise I stopped doing them. Today, I woke up missing that feeling of moving my body, feeling energized, at ease with myself and thus, here I am doing this routine. Thank you Nicole for your intention of helping other people feel good with their body and self, I look forward on having this 34 minutes daily until I'm able to challenge myself once again and go back to your weekly routines🤍

    Hi Nicole! I ❤LOVE❤ these series. I have been doing one of these 30 min workouts almost daily since February 2023 onwards. I have been struggling a lot with my motivation for working out in the past. I was very inconsistent. I have a stressful 8-5 corporate job which exhausts me, makes me anxious and is currently taking me close to burnout. In the past I would often do some series for a month or two perhaps and then I give them up for whatever reason. These beginner workouts are so perfect for me. They are so smooth and relaxing, and yet, I do feel like I move my body and activate my muscles. I would LOVE it if you may sometime add more such workouts for diversity reasons. Thank you in advance 🥰 and I appreciate a lot your work!

    I am so happy you have released another gentle Pilates video! It’s like I manifested this. I frequently return to your other gentle Pilates video on those days when I want to move but feel mentally drained from a long day and don’t feel up to anything too intense.     I have fibromyalgia and this is a doable workout for me. I don't feel intense pain the day after like I do with most exercise. And after I finish I feel so clear headed and happy. It's relaxing. I always thought pilates was going to be operated cause celebs all do it and it's so published lately. But I loved it. New favorite morning workout.

    I'm 57, fit, and in good health. This workout has become my daily go-to because it gives me just the right level of effort I’m willing to put in before heading to work. I've tried higher-intensity routines before, but I could never keep them up long-term. This one is different-it’s kept me engaged, and the consistency has my body feeling great. Isn’t this what working out is all about?

    This was so amazing! 👏 I've been having a hard time getting back into my fitness routine, but this not only eased me back in, but challenged me both physically and mentally.     I am doing this a couple of days before my period. My PMS is quite worse than my actual period so these kinds of exercises are great for when I am feeling exhausted, bloated and with lower back pain and cramps🥲 Thank you so much!

    I have been doing your workouts every day for a couple of months now and I can say that they are addictive. I have searched for a workout routine that I could stick with ever since my son was born four years ago and finally I found it. Thanks you.     I love doing this workout. We don’t always need intense & fast workouts to stay in shape or feel better. Gentle always wins in the long run.

    I did this class after a LONG LONG LONG day of riding in a car for a road trip. I needed something to loosen me up and give me a little burn before bed and it was perfect! Thanks!!

    I agree with many of the comments. Love this gentle series. Had an intense workout yesterday, muscles still sore, and I’m happened to start my period. This was perfect to stay moving, while not over exerting, and still meeting my workout goals. Thank you Nicole. ❤

    I am not a pilates/yoga girlie at all, heck, i dont even like slow movements and workouts and i like to sweat and be on the brink of crying and dying while weight lifting in the gym. However after 4-5 days of vigorous HIIT, cardio and strength training, this is exactly what i needed to recover and reset. Will definitely be coming back to rewatch. Thank you Nicole

    I love those 'gentle pilates' videos for days I don't feel like working out, or when I'm coming back to moving my body after a longer break. You make exercise so enjoyable!!

    thank you so much for this class Nicole. I was diagnosed with depression and anemia lately and have no energy to do any move. I found this video and said to myself that I will try and maximum I will just stop if I'll feel that I can finished. And omg I finished. Even didn't pause once. Thank you. U just saved me

    Thanks for this workout Nicole. i just got back to working out again after weeks of hiatus. Due to the nature of my work, I am physically exhausted everyday. Hence the weeks of not being able to workout. Doing your "gentle pilates" makes me feel good about myself again. :)

    i feel the same way after these workouts as when i leave a massage. huge dopamine rush and my body is feeling incredible. joint pain and stiffness are really improving. thank you so much. i love the meditation type music. just what i need!! ❤

    Not feeling to great, experiencing some acid reflux and heartburn lately but I did want to work out my body. There was a little discomfort during the abs session but luckily it didn't last long! Love the fact that you also have more gentle and beginner based videos for moments like this!

    My Pilates class is taking the summer break and this gentle Pilates is just what I need to keep in shape. Is gentle, yet works my muscles just as it is supposed to. I do not think Pilates will ever get boring or too easy for me. Thank you for doing this video. It will be my favorite from now on.

    Absolutely loved this! Didn't have a lot of energy this morning and this workout woke me right up and got me ready for the beautiful day ahead.     I want to try this one.
