A year ago, I felt completely stuck-trapped in my own head, drowning in anxiety and overthinking. No matter what I tried, it always felt like I was fighting a battle I couldn't win. But then I started making small changes, shifting how I reacted to my thoughts, and little by little, things started to feel different.
I never expected music like this to help as much as it did. Something about these sounds just calms the noise in my mind, like a reset button when everything feels overwhelming. I started pairing it with real mindset work, and Shift Your Mind by Alexander Brooks played a huge role in that. It completely changed the way I saw my own thoughts and gave me the tools to actually break free from the cycle I thought would never end.
Now, I finally feel like I have control over my thoughts instead of the other way around. If you're struggling, just know that even the smallest shifts can make all the differencee❤❤

It is comforting to read the messages left by others that have listened to this music. Although we do not know each other and will never meet, I am finding strength in their messages of hope and understanding. I have recently become separated from my loving partner of 9 years and I am suffering every minute of every day. I am starting therapy in a little over an hour from now and am hoping to gain added insight and awareness of what led us to where we are now. I still love that woman and I believe she still loves me. I pray that we can reconcile someday and pick up the shattered pieces of our lives, look at what we had and where we both lost our way together. Regardless of the outcome, I will strive to become a better person and will be more aware and sensitive to the needs of others.

My father passed away on the 7th of July 2019. This music was playing in a resturant just after I saw a dragonfly at my car window. I believe its my father. He loved the mountains and trees. I miss him and I play this to soothe my thoughts and think of his memory and the fun we had camping in my youth. Love you dad.

This made me cry as I close my eyes, memories of the loved ones that passed away is giving me flash backs while listening to this. Its hard when you're are born without a dad. Mom died from cervical cancer in Feb 2017, Grandpa died March 2017 too tumor. In May 2019 my wife died from cardiac arrest. This maybe made me cry but It heals me everytime so Thank you!
