try wrist stretches before your workout. i used to have the same problem, but then i started stretching out my wrists before and now they never hurt during or after a workout. :)

I've been doing your workouts for 2 weeks now alternating between upper and lower body + core and my waist has never been more snatched, my legs are thinner, my back pain is gone and most important, I'm having fun! I hate the gym and always felt so tired after, but these workouts got me energized!

@@nicotinestrawberry5983 yes definitely!! but remember to combine these workouts with eating in a little calorie deficit in order to lose weight.

do you eat the same thing as you used to before you started her workouts or did you change your diet as well for the results?
@@yeehawies69 I didn't really change my whole diet but some things that def changed is that ate less sugar, more fruits, smaller plates and more protein. I still have cheat days where i will eat sweets and maybe something unhealthy, but it hasn't ruined my results because i workout 5x a week :))

@@user-fg9dp9ol3j different for everyone, but if u enjoy pilates u should def keep going. Otherwise u could maybe try different workouts :))

I am new on pilates and I didn't expect to get sweat that much, but it's literally all of my body! I love how it's killing me inside and feel satisfied at the same time, it was so worth it! Thanks, Madeline

day 1 = completed smoothly yesterday it was quiet easy
day 2 = drastic change from yesterday for me personally, but loved it. much more sweating and i did only about 12 minutes of the workout with breaks and bad form compared to yesterday but i dont care because i have NEVER ever worked out and i am so proud of myself. good luck everyone! i WILL complete the two weeks, then move onto the one month new plan coming up. i feel so so good. about to shower rn
i have a feeling i will be leaving some workouts incomplete for the first two weeks but its okay! this is just the beginning 😊

I have never been consistent doing workout never if I do workout the day I don't do for next 4 5 days which distrub my body structure.
But, now I serious.I did day 1 workout yesterday and completed day 2 day hope to be consistent can't wait to see result and achieve ideal dream body😭💜 goodluck girlies.

hey i have this same problem!! not sure if you’re looking for advice, but my problem was going way too hard that first day, then being too sore the rest of the week. now i try to take as many breaks as i need and tone it down a bit. i had a bad habit of trying to keep up with the video, when realistically i can’t do all the moves she does for as long as she does and feel good the next day.
same I'd do it for 4 days then Id stop I hope I can complete this 2 weeks workout @@taylorelise9

After the first day of the challenge I already took a day of yesterday 🤦🏽♀️😂 but it’s getting hotter in my city so I didn’t have the energy to workout
Lamo i feel you i also took the day cause my friend invited me to the gym and i was dead afterwards
I have PCOS and been doing HIIT workouts for the past 3 months. Although I genuinely did get stronger, but I observed no change in my shape or weight per say. I heard the advice of women who reversed their pcos through pilates, yoga, etc. Basically exact contrary to HIIT. Yesterday, I started with this 2 week plan and I wish to get in better health, I am aware it takes time and isn't instant so I will be sticking by for the next few months.
just did this with a set of resistance bands and the burn felt so good! thank you for making this video, I can’t wait to do another workout tomorrow 💕

I haven't worked out in two months cuz I've been sliggettibg back into my depression slump (Eating Disorder, No proper Rest, no motivation ect.) and somehow i just got up At 5 am to do this and i actually really enjoyed It
This one was hard but i made it through the whole video. I must confess that i hate planks, my arms get so tired so easily 😂

The only difference in your videos compared to others is you do one position of the arms for along time and do different movies for the legs. So the shoulders and wrists exceptionally hurt so bad lol 😅😢 is that normal or just for me

Madeleine never disappoints! It went by so fast. However, I was still able to focus along the moves and feel the burn! Love this! Day 2 of the Day 14 series, let's go!! Feeling better than ever, it would be so nice if you can also produce some cardio

As someone who’s new to Pilates the 20 minutes was definitely quite intense so I just did around 15 but so worth it

I wanted to give up a few times but I pulled through, did make a couple more breaks than needed though 😅
The main areas of challenge were balance (for some of those earlier workouts), painful wrists, and knee caps which hurt due to prolonged contact with the mat for some of those workouts…any tips? I am quite beginner with Pilates so maybe I will get used to it after more session and practice?

I love your workouts but sometimes I have to skip large parts because of my wrist condition. Have you ever considered making a workout that would be safe for weak wrists? I can’t f.e. hold a push up plank position for too long as it causes a lot of pain and potential injury.
you can modify most of the moves!
Hi i have the same problem. Just go on your fists or to the underarms :)
I also cannot hold a high plank for a long time so i just modify the exercises.
