no for real, i’ve been doing her workouts since she started making them on tiktok & i’m still not used to some of the moves 😭 i have to skip some of them sometimes lol
my period started, but I did this exercise today and I am so proud of myself for getting up! Thank you:)

omg I can feel my stomach and back screaming (periods are on the way) I know I will be skipping 2 days at least if they started so I did today's workout. Couldn't complete it although. I don't feel that great. But it was so refreshing! She motivates me a lot!

My parents are working extra hours so I couldn’t find anybody to take me to the gym so here I am I live your videos but I find it hard it’s my first time trying out Pilates thank you ❤❤

Day 4... Omg, I'm vanished. You won't even imagine, how sweaty and hot I am right now. Despite the discomfort, I really loved it. I'm proud of how strong my body is!! (Doing Madeleine's workouts for nearly a month now)
Even after doing pilates for 1 month,i was still shaking mostly my hands were paining.But still completed the workout.😃🎀
have you already seen results after 1 month?
@@lilly-zy3th I also completed 1 month challenge and it was nice. I feel stronger and healthier but I can't say that I saw really noticeable results, It's still worth it tho. I also didn't pay attention to what I ate, but I usually eat home-cooked meals and non-greasy food, so I don't think that was the reason.
@@lilly-zy3th I did the 1 month challenge. It was hard sometimes but it was worth it for sure! I am seeing a lot of changes to my own body, I lost a lot of fat and have way stronger arms to now.

I’ve been following up from Day 1 till now ( Day 4) and I most confess that this is the hardest of them all 😢..
The burn you feel from this workout is intense😢 but it is worth it at the end😊 . I almost felt like giving up midway into the workout but thank God i didn’t ..

your videos have to be the most enjoyable workout videos ever, i’ve struggled for so long to find a workout channel where i would actually enjoy doing them instead of dreading every second. i’m on my weight loss journey and realised i need to get back into being active again so when i lose weight i can be fit as well, i am down 22 pounds and i have 15 pounds left to go, and i’m so excited to have you included in my fitness journey hehe. i’ve been doing this pilate plan for the past 4 days right now and today is my 4th day, i have not stayed consistent to a workout plan before, but you helped me stay consistent! thank you for all you do, i hope life treats you well :))

Hi Madeleine. Writing this to thank you. So I just completed your 1 month challenge and have started the 2 week challenge. Yesterday I hurt my muscle around my tail bone and was having trouble with some movements like bending. I was unsure whether this workout will make it worse and if I should skip it. Well I did it completely and not only did it not hurt at all, it actually healed the pain. Unbelievable. Thank you so much ❤❤❤❤

I have no words to express my happiness ❤❤This has proven to be very effective for me and helped me to lose weight. I did 15 min pilates (old video) for 1 month along with walking in the evening and after that jumped to this one and believe me this is so effective 🔥🔥
The push up part KILLEDDDD me, and let’s not talk about the glute bridges bc I did half. Honestly I’m amazed by how strong Madeleine is, pilates seems easy but is definetley not. ❤❤
this was tiring, especially in my arms and hands. but I love ur workouts madeleine, been doing them for abt a month after my workouts

First Week done. I switched day 4&5 so this was my 5th Work-Out. To have a planned work out for a whole week really helped me getting through It. I always lack of motivation. I hope next week Is going to be this good. Thank you for your Work-Outs. 🥰🥵

Try warming up your upper body before the workout, wrist stretches always helps preventing pain and strengthens your muscles

I was wondering if any of these exercise would actually help back fat like upper back fats? It feels like I'm only working on hips legs and lower aps but nothing for actual upper body
These are good for burning fat and toning u while building muscle- buttttt, I would include an upper back workout with this. I personally use 2-1 dumbbells for upper body and I use a workout from tiktok that helps a lot! I don’t really think these works are good for just burning upper bod.
The plank part hurts my wrists way too much what am I doing wrong???
it might just be that your strength/endurance in your wrists isn’t built up enough yet! it hurts my wrists to do some of the all fours exercises as well, and that’s what i think my main issue is. sometimes it helps to replace your flat hands with fists so you’re not putting so much pressure on your wrists. and take breaks if it gets uncomfortable! that’s what i always do. it might just be that you need to work on the mobility/strength of your wrists!

@@bradynztunezyess I do the fist part too but after like a week of doing this my wrist started to hurt way less, so ig they just needed to get used to all the pressure that I put on them

Was anyone else’s wrists/hand hurting really bad during this workout, anyway to stop that from happening?
I would take little breaks as i needed when i first started doing her pilates videos! and also do videos without prolonged wrist movements between days with them so they could recover and my wrists have gotten a lot stronger!
try to warm up your wrists before any workout as well as your body, it helped me a lot!
also take some breaks between the exercices that hurt your wrists, over time they'll become stronger and you'll feel sm less pain!!

Slt j'ai rattrapé mon entrainement d'hier ce matin et je fais celui-ci en ce moment même, je ne pense pas pouvoir tout faire car je dois me lever à 4h demain et il est 20h30 donc je ferais peut-être l'autre moitié demain avec les abdos
I know I'm asking a stupid question, but will it be as effective if I do half in the morning and half in the evening?
Not stupid at all! And from my understanding (someone correct me if I’m wrong), usually workouts are most effective over the same time period since it’s keeping your heart rate up, but it won’t be super detrimental if you split it up :). Honestly, as long as you’re trying to exercice, there’s no reason to beat yourself up over minmaxing your workout lol. Consistency over perfection!!!
