Thanks Madeleine, this is my first time trying pilates, in the pandemic I used to do exercise in those lose weight apps but after 2021 I lost all interest and couldn’t really afford a gym, I’m gonna try hard because I wanna feel more confident about my body and be healthier. I feel like this kinda videos are very endearing and relaxing

I just did the first week workout and I already lost 3.1 inches of my waist 😭 but I did the one week challenge too. I’ve been doing both of them at the same time. Plus, it gave me more energy!
hello 🍪If you would like to do something on those 2 days, I really recommend madeleines stretch & stengthen videos! As madelaine said working out 7 days a week is just not it, I can tell you from experience, but I love to still get a little something in. They are perfect because you feel relaxed but worked out. they are 10/10
I hate myself for being fat. I wish my cute clothes still fit me but no it doesn't. I feel silly doing this. A bit of a rant since no one can see this anyways.
Please don't hate yourself, i know it's hard, but you can do this. The fact that you're doing this workout, trying to work on yourself is so good and its makes me, a complete stranger, very proud. I do think that trying to love yourself or at least hating yourself less and less, is a part of this journey though... Any step you take and choice you make towards working on yourself is a win and you DID that. Keep it up, you got this, we both got this.

I went from 47kg to 67kg in 2yrs(present) 😢. We all had our certain - some too long - moments, but we just gotta do what we gotta do sweetie. Just keep on working on ourselves, loving every bit of effort we give to ourselves. 🤗

i love how it’s short but effective and not absolutely impossible to do, and you could even do more sets with this workout if you wanted to i love itt
