Day 7 done! My god I’m enjoying so much doing Pilates it has almost become a routine, I feel so much better after doing it! Cannot wait for day 8!

After I finished the 1 month plan , I just had to do more , now I’m on the two week plan and the one week plan combined and it’s totally worth it !! Down 13 pounds in a month 🎉❤
hey that is great. Did you also combine it with meal plan and how many sets did you do per day?
@@ranjitabastola7534 tbh I just stopped sugar ( no dessert or snacks ) and kept my 10k steps a day . Combined with the one month plan ( only one video a day ) , weight loss was really easy .

Day 7 done! I had to take 1 day rest yesterday and wow, it really helped since I was able to do the work out with no rests between! I really felt my butt on fire

Hey Madeleine. Love your woekouts. I actually want to lose wieght and get toned. I just wanted to know if only doing these workouts will be able to shred me. So how much is the recommendation for losing weight
I didn't change my eating habits, so I didnt lose any weight (I've been doing her challenges for 2 months already). So some kind of healty diet and calories deficiency must be acquired
I would also recommend doing some cardio exercises as well, like biking, stair master, elliptical, swimming, etc. I also think any cortisol lowering workouts are good if you are an especially stressed individual. There are a lot of women speaking out about how they are chronically stressed and high impact, HIIT, and heavy weight lifting makes them gain more weight. It is more healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a week, so a small calorie deficit is enough to have slow, sustainable progress. Make sure to eat whole foods, drink lots of water, and eat a normal enjoyable diet so that way its a shift to a healthy lifestyle and its sustainable
