    I love madeleine's workouts sm. Ever since I started doing pilates i've done lots of madeleine's workout routines. I did the other one month plan and now I'm doing this one too(and loving it.), i'm in love with these. Thank you so much for giving us this routine, luv you❤❤

    This was FAST. Super efficient. The last exercice killed my abs (I would have not be able to do another one), so it was perfect. My abs are still sore from yersterday workout.
    Day 7 done!

    Everytime I do abs, my lower back hurts so much.. any reason why? Or any tips?

      put your hands under your butt for extra support! it will help you work your abs without hurting your back :) with time you will need it less and less

      you need to completely press your lower back to the floor, this way it won't hurt. if you don't do this you might damage your lower back so be careful! you can search for some RUclips videos on how to do it correctly - there are plenty of them! good luck 🤞
