Madeleine is the truth fr. I've built up a lot of endurance doing her workouts. I was mixing her with another workout girlie on RUclips but I stuck with Madeleine because of the way her workouts flow. Her workouts hurt like hell but I like the way she spaces hers to give you just enough time to recover

I did your other one month plan for 2 months and the results are amazing. I could do better with my form, my body is still wobbly but I’m so proud of myself that I didn’t give up. I’m super excited for this new plan! Thank you for this and everything, love ya gurllll 💗🎀

With a lot of modifications and big dose of patience with myself and my body, I was able to get through day 1🎉🥳 Can’t wait to get started with day 2🔥🔥

@@buenas77709I'll answer instead. Few months ago I first started pilates after so many years of not even working out . Her 1 month plan was my first ever and not even after finishing whole I already started getting compliments that's why I decided to continue. Started at 53kg now im 48kg and I dont even need to have a good diet. If that will help somehow then no problem :)
@@buenas77709 Not too much ngl, I didn't expect my body to change in a month anyway. But I lost 2 kilos since I started and I can do them better day by day (js don't forget that people give their years for the perfect body and it's okay for this to not work)

k if you’re wondering whether or not you should click on this video or any of Madeleine’s videos, do yourself a favour AND CLICK! by the end oml i am shaking, sweating but also smiling and feeling accomplished; i never knew a pilates workout could do this to me until I found these workouts and I am being genuine like I did a ten minute dance workout before this and probably produced only 1/3 of the sweat I have now hahah so yeah these workouts are honestly amazing love them! good luck besties💋🫶🏼

i love doing new and harder exercises cause i struggle so much at first but then i come back to these videos and realise i can do them cause im stronger!!
That feels good to go back to pilates ! I've discovered this channel in the beginning of the year. Ever since, I've been on and off doing pilates and yoga. As the time has gone through, I've been trying not to be so hard on myself when I don't have time, energy or confidence to move my body. So little reminder to me and whoever needs it to do this for yourself. I just have to remind myself I can do this, even if it's at my rhythm, and that I shouldn't worry so much about how I look and how others see me but more about how I feel and how I should learn to love myself. ✨
Woke up at 5am and this workout was literally all i needed. The exercises look so easy but irl i'm shaking like a leaf lmao. Thank you so much for this workout Madeleine, keep up the good work. See ya for day 2 !!

I have been following you on tiktok and youtube for so long and you were the first person that came to my mind when I decided that I wanted to add Pilates into my routine. So happy that you are offering EXACTLY what I have been looking for. Loved the workout and will definitely do this 1 month "challenge" !

I’ve been doing Pilates consistently for about 7 weeks now, I did the last one month plan and it was amazing!! However the last 10 days I’ve been on holiday so I’ve dropped off a little, so this plan couldn’t have come at a more perfect time!!
I saw the most progress/results in my legs from the last plan, they were so much more toned and stronger, and also in my ability to do the exercises. While at the beginning I would struggle and take many breaks and sometimes skip certain exercises, by the end I was able to cruise through each video and would maybe only stop once!!
I only saw slight results in my abs and dropped a little bit off my waist, im hoping to work on this more with the new plan!!
But overall, I just felt sm stronger and happier with myself. The last plan did wonders from my health, mentally and physically, so im super excited for this one and will update everyday. 🩵

Day 1 complete with modifications. My knee has been aching, and it’s crazy that I’ve lost so much strength. But I won’t be too hard on myself because I know I can gain it back!!! Fit body loading!!!

this one was fun! i started doing your workouts with the 1-week plan a month ago, then the 2-week plan. i had to take a break for a week, so i’m excited to finally be starting this one! i’ve been doing the 10 mins daily abs tone video (the one with verbal cues) along with the other videos, and there’s definitely been a difference in my core that i can feel and see
I loved this workout so so much, it really felt burning but good! The entire time I was like, I dont think I can do that...wait i can!

I did the other 1 month plan and loved it so much but omg I’m dying rn 😭 I’ve been sick all year and haven’t worked out in a while so this took me out. But I’m so ready to give it my all and I know that I’ll improve a lot just as I did last time.
Its 10 sept today and i'm here starting this workout along with some others that i've been doing for the last 4 days, i hope i continue doing it and complete this program also i mark this comment as a reminder also will update this everytime i work out

Guys I'm gonna start tomorrow(Tuesday) and I'll be combining this with Rosie Graham's 1 month HIIT challenge. I'll be checking in everyday. I'll also be doing a Calorie deficit and having 1200 calories per day (this isn't suitable for everyone though.. pls check with a doc first if you have to) and I'll try to drink 2L of water every day

- This was nice. Although i didn't really feel the burn that much. I think it's maybe because I'm not using weights or that I'm not engaging my core well. But even so, it was a challenge. Remember there's always room for improvement. I'm looking foward to tomorrow ❤

I finished the other one month plan yesterday. I started the second one month plan today. I managed to do all the exercices as shown (except one) and my triceps burnt. Much more cardio than the first one month plan, but I am glad to get some challenge since it is the only workout of the day for me.
