My hands were also tired of holding certain positions since my wrist are currently not strong enough. I hope that by the time I complete this challenge my wrist will be strong enough to support my body weight

I have been doing many workouts in the past but I could never stick to them after two days , but finding yours give me motivation , you have gave me the love for Pilates I will be sticking to your account 💗💗
I’m used to do other type of workouts but decided to do Pilates cause now I’m choosing for what I want and not what I’m comparing to always… tho I have a lot of resistance and sometimes I feel like I need more, Pilates has made me feel so much lighter physically and mentally and I love it and promised myself to stick to it.
