    Ahhhh I'm so proud of myself for completing this routine. I almost didn't do it today bc of my wrist pain and bc I was feeling lazy but I'm so glad I did it :') thank you for this work out, longest 20 minutes of my life but was so worth it xx
    PS: Notes-Today's date is 15th February 2024. It's currently 20:13 at the end of the routine. I feel burning around my body. I'm so proud of myself.

    babes i just wanted to say thank you for all your workouts!!! i love to do them at home especially before my period comes when the inertia to head to the gym/studio is super bad. the pace is so good, and it challenges me at a comfortable level somehow? 😭 i always look forward to doing your workouts. thanks for helping me keep healthy even when my body and mind struggles to do so! 💛

      ​@@haechansgf i did the entire challenge too !! my focus isn't on my apparance when i'm working out tho so i'm not sure if my comment will be helpful to you. my body has gotten so much stronger and only this challenge got me into routine of working out. i feel better, i'm stronger than i was and even my posture is getting better ! so yeah, those things are big changes for me. :)

      @@haechansgfyou can totally get really good physical results with her workouts as long as you eat a balanced diet! your body will look on the outside based on what you put inside of it

    Good workout, but I would've preferred if you gave a bit of a voiceover for the instructions. I'm shortsighted and have to take off my glasses to workout and had to guess along the way. Voiceovers help me a lot. Just some sincere feedback.

    Trying this until I give up
    DAY 1: ✅Felt more of a burn than I usually do when I do workouts but it was relatively easy so I made some adjustments. OMG but my wrists hurt like crazy
    WEIGHT: 134.6lbs
    DAY 2: ✅Felt a burn so much during the first few exercises but generally today felt pretty easy otherwise
    WEIGHT: 136 lbs
    DAY 3: ❌Was super busy today 😭😭
    DAY 4: ✅Only had time to do just over half of the exercise but still!!

    I am really trying my best to get into Pilates but all of the workouts where you are leaning back cause extreme pain in my tailbone area. I previously broke/fractured but never went to the drs for help as I was young and my parents would not take me. What can I do to help with the pain when doing these?

      I'm no expert but my mum had a similar issue as she had broken two bones in her lower spine. I'd recommend getting an extra thick yoga mat, or trying the exercises on a bed. If they're still causing discomfort, there's plenty of modifications that can work for you!

    Hey! I'am suffering from pcos and am 20+kg overweight. I wanted to loose weight. Moreover I wanted to reduce my breast size. Half of my wieght belongs there.. Its so embarrassing as I'am just 20 yrs old. Everyone stares at them as my fault.. I tried everything neither did I loose weight nor reduced my bust size. I thought of Strength training could help me but My family don't allow for gym. Can you please help me??????

      Diet and cardio are the best for losing weight. This exercises may help you becoming stronger but you won't see the results doing these alone.

      No es normal la posición de tus muñecas están mal, cuando estás empezando pueden doler un poco por el peso de tu cuerpo pero no debe doler demasiado solo leve. ¡espero haberte ayudado!
