    I am an office worker. I sit for looonngg hours and my body doesn't feel good after sitting that much. And I feel lazy to go to the gym after work. But this channel is perfect for me to get rid of pain. Not too long videos, not too hard exercises. After working out with these videos, I feel happier and more energetic the next day. Thank you

    I really loved this one! Very complete routine with just the right amount of burn. I used to do pilates daily during the pandemic and your videos are really helping me recover that habit, so thank you very much for that. Hopefully I'll get back into shape in a couple of months!🥰

    Came here after the one month challenge 🥰 this one was so good a bit hard but not like giving up hard so perfect for me ❤ when i was holding myself up my palms oh gosh. And the final move i couldn't do 😭 i'll train more so i can do this perfectly 💪🏻❤

    I had second thoughts about doing this workout, but then I decided "I might as well." I even had to change up some exercises in order to not injure myself. And I'm burning already!

    Just a suggestion.. Kindly guide with the posture and breathing pattern needed for each exercise done... Otherwise a great burning workout!!..

    Hi ! I did it for 15 min. and I can’t do it anymore. I’ll try again in the evening. My arm and my hand still hurt too much even I took a rest. I wonder if I do something wrong. But after 3 days, I can see the results, my waist is slimmer just a bit and that a good start ! I will keep continue this workout 1 month until It becomes easy and I can do all of them once ! Wish me luck 🍀

      To be honest, I can’t do this work out. My arm too weak for this. I can do it only 20 min. I hope it fine. I still wonder if I do something wrong. My shoulder and my arm couldn’t hold my body anymore

      ⁠@@KarnKanwara-dq3gcno, you didn’t! It’s probably because your body isn’t used to working out (speaking from my own experience) it’s okay to rest, listen to your body if it hurts
      I’d recommend you to do some stretching before the exercise and work on arm strength.
      I started doing wall pushups before I discovered this playlist and am working on full pushups now, and I believe that I strengthened my arm thanks to that. Maybe you should do that first and gradually change the level of your workouts
      I’m not a professional, so take it with a grain of salt ❤ Good luck, I believe in you!

    I’m really hoping Pilates it the thing for me! I tried running and hated it, I tried yoga and I got bored, I tried going to the gym but could find the time. But I have been doing it consistently for 2 weeks (I usually do 10-15 minute ones) and I’ve enjoyed it and felt really good with myself

      Hahah, it’s meant to be challenging, because that’s how you build muscles! But reminder you can always modify my workouts to suit you better- for example if you need more alternations, just pause and modify as such!!

    The set of side plank moves continue to stump me. I can't get the weight distribution right.. I think. I let out such a big thank god when you said we were done. I didn't realize it had been ~30 min, which is technically good😂 Thanks for another great workout, Madeleine

      If it’s any consolation, side planks are hard for many women due to our body shape and the way we can carry weight / muscle etc! When I was training with my friend recently who’s also an instructor- she explained that when you do side planks try tilting your upper hip back, stacking it up on your lower hip and then leaning it back a tiiiiny bit. For girls with wider hips/bigger booties/ curvier this is a helpful modification!

    any advice on form for the first few exercises, when we are leaning back on our elbows? while i do them i feel a strain in my back that doesn’t feel right but i don’t know how to figure out if i’m doing it wrong

    I did like 5 minutes pauses between those exercices and my leg was hurting so much at the last exercice so I didn’t really do it… it’s my day 4 I’m not proud of me

    I’m a newbie here, and you don’t talk or show a preview so I don’t know your next move. I have to keep my eyes focused to know exactly what you’re doing which puts me a little behind. But that’s not all, I struggle to keep up when you do multiple exercises on the same side and then shift to the other because it’s not clear which side and when to shift. To me it seems like you're just filming your workout to yourself without talk or preview from another angle. I would really appreciate it if you described the moves while doing them it will help a lot. Thanks.

    help! does someone know why my hip hurts when I do exercise like on 11:27? for example I train my right leg but I feel my other hip going to side (which I try to control) but my left leg ends up hurting. how can I improve, what should I work on?
