Hi ! I did it for 15 min. and I can’t do it anymore. I’ll try again in the evening. My arm and my hand still hurt too much even I took a rest. I wonder if I do something wrong. But after 3 days, I can see the results, my waist is slimmer just a bit and that a good start ! I will keep continue this workout 1 month until It becomes easy and I can do all of them once ! Wish me luck 🍀
To be honest, I can’t do this work out. My arm too weak for this. I can do it only 20 min. I hope it fine. I still wonder if I do something wrong. My shoulder and my arm couldn’t hold my body anymore

It’s probably because your body isn’t used to working out (speaking from my own experience) it’s okay to rest, listen to your body if it hurts I’d recommend you to do some stretching before the exercise and work on arm strength. I started doing wall pushups before I discovered this playlist and am working on full pushups now, and I believe that I strengthened my arm thanks to that. Maybe you should do that first and gradually change the level of your workouts I’m not a professional, so take it with a grain of salt ❤ Good luck, I believe in you!

Hahah, it’s meant to be challenging, because that’s how you build muscles! But reminder you can always modify my workouts to suit you better- for example if you need more alternations, just pause and modify as such!!
The set of side plank moves continue to stump me. I can't get the weight distribution right.. I think. I let out such a big thank god when you said we were done. I didn't realize it had been ~30 min, which is technically good😂 Thanks for another great workout, Madeleine
If it’s any consolation, side planks are hard for many women due to our body shape and the way we can carry weight / muscle etc! When I was training with my friend recently who’s also an instructor- she explained that when you do side planks try tilting your upper hip back, stacking it up on your lower hip and then leaning it back a tiiiiny bit. For girls with wider hips/bigger booties/ curvier this is a helpful modification!
Day 5 🎀 I did the opposite from the last day to 🙃 haha I really enjoyed this challenge. It motivates me to continue with another, obviously I lack consistency every day but I keep learning

I’m a newbie here, and you don’t talk or show a preview so I don’t know your next move. I have to keep my eyes focused to know exactly what you’re doing which puts me a little behind. But that’s not all, I struggle to keep up when you do multiple exercises on the same side and then shift to the other because it’s not clear which side and when to shift. To me it seems like you're just filming your workout to yourself without talk or preview from another angle. I would really appreciate it if you described the moves while doing them it will help a lot. Thanks.
help! does someone know why my hip hurts when I do exercise like on 11:27? for example I train my right leg but I feel my other hip going to side (which I try to control) but my left leg ends up hurting. how can I improve, what should I work on?
