Hey Lidia, just wanted to say thank you so much for posting content like this. I’ve been subscribed for about a month and all i do is try to get my 10k steps in a day and do one of your Pilates videos a day. I’ve never felt better as a women and I’ve never felt more confident in my figure! For reference I’m 24 years old and I’ve been working out since I was 16. I would fluctuate weight from 133-165lbs (my diet was healthy and consistent) for several years now. Running half marathons to CrossFit.. i even tried working out for 6 days a week for months and i just felt like crap and was never satisfied. Now of course with a balanced diet and sleep I’m able to stay at a consistent and healthy lean weight of 140-145. (I’m 5’7 ) Thank you for helping me find what works for my body type. Don’t stop being you!😊

Me encanta no ser la única a la que su perro la interrumpe durante el ejercicio. Cada vez que pongo mi tapete se acuesta sobre él y como es un pastor alemán no me deja espacio 😅. Luego durante los ejercicios se acerca para besarme o para que la acaricie y al final justo como tu perro se acuesta a mi lado mientras hago las rutinas ❤
