It feels like I'm motivated in trying different stretching and want to consider doing this for the remainder of my life. The challenges I face is not noticed by my surroundings and I feel like my hard earned work is unnoticeable. This particular matter interferes with my daily activities. God bless you and I consider putting God first through prayer and meditation.
I used to be bigger into lifting weights but I broke my neck when I was 16 in two places. I healed up for the most part but have a lot of lingering ligament and joint damage. I have quit lifting heavy weight for body weight exercises and I started wanting to get into calisthenics. But I think ultimately with yoga it would do me best. These stretches have me feeling a lot better thank you!

I love this stretch. Calming for a morning stretch ❤ Age: 26 🌱 I'm a girl.☀ before I started shiydf I was 165cm after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!! IT REALLY WORKS I'M SO HAPPY. I achieved this result by both using shiydf and doing regular streching exercises and I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT.! TRUST THE PROCESS 🧡
