I can’t tell you how many times I fell trying to do this videos because I have no balance whatsoever💀, but I’m hoping to improve it! This was so relaxing, I’m starting to follow your weekly schedules and so far I am feeling so much better when working out in the morning. Thank you for this!
Update: So stopped doing Pilates everyday and started doing weights because I just feel better and enjoy more. (That’s just me personally) But I still do these videos every so often and my balance plus strength has greatly improved! 💗

Even people with balance when they stop doing it for a while also fall to the side. But then practice does its magic as long as you are doing the practice. A little time a few times a week does wonders. We can do it ❤
Yoga blocks are my best friend for practice
I has similar issues when I first started Nicole's weekly plans I could bareldo half of her poses. Now 2 years later I can easily finish this video with no balance problems, although I am not gonna lie I still suck at doing the splits 😅

I had acl/meniscus reconstruction surgery on my knee over a year and a half ago. I was also dealing with a tibial fracture. As soon as I could start exercise a few months after surgery I picked up yoga. But this practice today was special. I’ve had extreme pain since my injury and surgery and it’s a pain that never let go. For the first time ever I was able to feel what it’s like to have a normal knee again when I got to the end of this practice. Childs pose has always been one of the most painful poses. And the very first child’s pose had me in agony. The last child’s pose of the practice I experienced absolutely no pain for the first time. I’m writing this paragraph in tears. Thank you, Nicole. You have blessed me immensely today. ❤🌱

Muy buena pero creo que No es para principiantes, no pude seguir el ritmo 😔 es la primera vez en mi vida que hago ejercicio y quise empezar con pilates por que dicen que es muy bueno, pero definitivamente creo que tendré que empezar por algo más sencillo
ella tiene playlist de principiantes :3 , y este video como fue mas yoga, si no has hecho ejercicios si se es difícil pues no hay casi flexibilidad, pero animo yo llevo tres semanas apenas iniciando y este ejercicio pude hacerlo, claro no como ella solo hasta donde llega mi máxima flexibilidad , pero poco a poco podrás!, te recomiendo antes de ejercitar hacer estos ejercicios de flexibilidad sirve como estiramiento y calentamiento ruclips.net/video/q642sAmp9FM/видео.htmlsi=cNCr3HJOEMc4zx4B

Hi! I’ve been watching your videos for months now and they are amazing and perfect for me. Not too tough, but not too easy. This stretch routine was great! I have a connective tissue disorder called Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and it makes my joints super bendy and flexible (but also cause me a ton of pain) and this stretch routine was quite easy for me. Except I have terrible balance, ha. Hopefully one day soon you’ll do a video that incorporates a back bend, I love those! Thank you for making Pilates videos that actually make me feel better and not in as much pain! Can’t wait to continue watching! 💕

Perfect stretch routine! I have really bad foot issues (I'm too young for this!!!) that translates into pain and stiffness in my calves and thighs. This video has helped me feel so much better and I don't really feel the stiffness in my legs anymore. I'm going to do this routine more often. Thank you Nicole!

I remember doing this class a few weeks ago and I was amazed today to see how my flexibility had progressed, and also my balance. I find lunge poses (warrior 2) and generally a lot of the warriors quite difficult, but today they were so much easier. Thank you for providing the space for me to get where I am. You're amazing xx

this is one of my first times doing a yoga focused video from you and I hate to quit at the 19 minute mark where I just f e l l and hit myself. Hard. So, er..maybe starting off with a moderate 30 minute workout just isn’t for beginner me, haha.
