I appreciate how encouraging you are. I am not a fit or “workout” type person, and when I feel the burn or the shake or the muscle weakness I start feeling discouraged and frail and hopeless. It’s a real challenge to shift my thinking and I was actually surprised when you said you felt it too! Thank you for this wonderful workout. I look like a dog taking a pee on a fire hydrant with the side leg lift. But in my heart, I’m a ballerina. LOLs. Cheers from Halifax, Canada.
I was very surprised! I used to do workouts only. But it was hard often and it led to me giving up doing exercises for so so many times. As for Nicole, she encourages us every single time with those sentences "Just two more... one more" or "Only 2 more exercises and you are done the workout today" spreading a really positive energy to me. I used to do my workout "part-sincerely" but now I push myself to the limit so I feel lots more heat.
I was at a very low ebb/fatigued this week but decided what I needed was to sweat out all the stress. Despite struggling, I managed to get through this one with water breaks, deep breathing and gentler modifications. I did it at 0.9x speed which worked for me. I'm so glad I gave it a shot - because I still finished it in my own way 😊 I really liked the varied cardio bursts and the curtseys. The bursts made the workout feel very different to pilates I'm used to. I will definitely come back to this one in the morning, when I have a bit more energy and am not so stressed from work. Otherwise, I found it a good workout/energising including breaking a sweat 😅. Thank you Nicole
This workout was literally perfect.... one thing I loved about it was the pace; I feel as though many fitness instructors go at too quick of a quick pace. They probably feel like going to fast will get you a better workout, but you can’t even hit the poses and it just feels rushed! Yours was wonderful with the much needed resistance. I compliment you on this perfectly paced, thorough, yet challenging workout 💛💛💛

Excellent teaching. Due to covid, I no longer go to my gym. I miss the pilates class there because the instructor was an actual physical therapist, teaching pilates as a hobby, she educated us about anatomy and proper positioning. She was/is excellent. You remind me of her!
This was an excellent 30 minute session, which I found challenging, but so glad to have done it. I love Nicole's workouts, they are just perfect for me. I am 56 years old and have a sciatic nerve issue, but these workouts help me a lot. Thank you Nicole.

It really was amazing how doing small movements like pulses and lifts could work your muscles so well. I realized how inflexible I was, especially with the leg lifts, but your encouraging words made me want to continue to the end. I really enjoyed this workout, and will definitely be back for more. I just found your videos and I love them and have subscribed to access more of them. I've done your yoga, barre and pilates, all 25-35 minutes, like this one, and they are perfect for me. Your voice and the settings are calming and I find them realistic and I can do them, and I feel it just a bit, the next day, which is what I want. Thank you Nicole!

Yet another challenging and wonderful workout! I am not a huge cardio fan but these moves are fun. They are easy to modif to suit beginners, so don't shy away! I would have never thought that moving elegantly makes me feel more positive and proud of my own body, but it really does. Thanks, Nicole!
Thank you for this series of workout! I have been dealing with a chronic periostitis (Ballet injury) for almost 3 years now and I kept dancing (ballet and Jazz (Simonson technique) ) but adapting with the abilities of my body but with my debut career as an elementary art and music teacher combined with being a mom, a wife, having and online Etsy shop and Patreon, and the Pandemic, I just couldn't keep up with my dancing classes it's just too much. These series are so perfect for me! It's so close to ballet but at the same time it's not exactly that and helps strengthen my muscles so I can one day get back to ballet and finally start doing pointe shoes eventually. I can't wait to see more videos like this one! :)

Hi Nicole, I enjoy your work-outs and I have tried many of them. I like that I can choose one based on how much time I have, if i have already had any physical exercises this day or not. I am 53 and not flexible at all. Of all your work-outs this one is my favourite because of cardio bursts. I would love to have a variety of these classes. Ideally, I find that I feel especially great when I work out really intensely for 40-45 minutes. I look forward to more of these combination work-outs.

Yet another challenging and wonderful workout! I am not a huge cardio fan but these moves are fun. They are easy to modif to suit beginners, so don't shy away! I would have never thought that moving elegantly makes me feel more positive and proud of my own body, but it really does. Thanks, Nicole!
Thank you for this series of workout! I have been dealing with a chronic periostitis (Ballet injury) for almost 3 years now and I kept dancing (ballet and Jazz (Simonson technique) ) but adapting with the abilities of my body but with my debut career as an elementary art and music teacher combined with being a mom, a wife, having and online Etsy shop and Patreon, and the Pandemic, I just couldn't keep up with my dancing classes it's just too much. These series are so perfect for me! It's so close to ballet but at the same time it's not exactly that and helps strengthen my muscles so I can one day get back to ballet and finally start doing pointe shoes eventually. I can't wait to see more videos like this one! :)

Hi Nicole, I enjoy your work-outs and I have tried many of them. I like that I can choose one based on how much time I have, if i have already had any physical exercises this day or not. I am 53 and not flexible at all. Of all your work-outs this one is my favourite because of cardio bursts. I would love to have a variety of these classes. Ideally, I find that I feel especially great when I work out really intensely for 40-45 minutes. I look forward to more of these combination work-outs.
