I picked this yesterday to do this morning and I really enjoyed the quick pace (not a dancer, just follow your Pilates/Barre cardio workouts and do weight lifting). I have hurt my shoulder blade and it’s taking a long time to heel but I can always modify your workouts to help with this without losing confidence and missing out on workouts. I started your Pilates a year ago and it’s opened up a whole range of possibilities for my body. I never thought I would be able to become as strong and flexible as I am now. I have been struggling with painful sciatica for 4 years, I have no idea why I have it, and your workouts are really helping me stretch and strengthen my sore area and it feels amazing. Thank you for helping me ❤

I just did this, perfect morning workout. Definitely a challenge, I'll have to work on this a couple of times more. Also I love how graceful and feminine I feel after these workouts.
I’ve been doing your workouts 3-4x a week for 1.5 years. I hadn’t done any dancer workouts until this one, I loved the pace of this one! I feel like I got more burn in a shorter time!
Certainly did not expect to sweat so much during this workout but grateful for it!! Best part for me is how time just flies by because it flows so well and before you know it, you say it’s almost the end.

Thank you for adding another new video. It was wonderful! I found myself pausing it near the end because I wanted to do more of the push up and also burpee exercise. Then I paused again to really feel those stretches. Love it!
I LOVE THIS! Dance workouts are by far my favourite creations of yours, Nicole. If you would like a suggestion for these, I would say going further on the technical aspects (i.e I do not know if I should drop or bring up my hip on high legs). Thank you so much!

I used to have martial arts classes but when the pandemic hit the globe, I started to do Nicole's workout sessions. Now I have become so addicted to her classes that I don't think I will go back to my previous workout style haha... Except for the dancer curtseys I'm having a hard time getting right as part of the workout, I found it a great alternative to the yoga sequence I was originally planning to do. I'm glad I'd changed my mind. I'll most certainly do it again. Thank you so much, Nicole! I love the way you integrate different types of movement into one workout and make it amazing.
