Exactly! I used to injure myself pretty frequently with other video creators, as there often are no warm ups and the delivery isn't as professional. But Nicole I can trust fully ❤ and learn to trust my body and its signs also.

Omg Nicole this is really my favorite love this combo please need more of mix combo Pilates....it was a little bet challenging but it’s fun to try new things...I sweat a lot and I felt my stretch more in my hamstring since I have hamstring stiffness for so long as I am a runner....thank you so much for such amazing session...so much love 💕
