    oh my god. like literally oh my god. this workout took my places. my mind went from pacing over all the things stressing me to terminating all my worries and leaving me grateful. the amount of serotonin rushing in my blood is unbelievable. I believe i can do 78 work hours worth of work within the next 6. i feel so good and thankful. i am smiling and my anxiety is completely gone. all i can think is serene thoughts. this workout changed my life.

      Definitely , once I feel anexiety I do pilates and it reduces the level of it.

    I am a 41 yo man and I have been struggling with back pain all my life. Pilates allowed me to solve all back pain, strengthen my core, improve my posture a lot, and gain peace and balance in my life. It's also an excellent strengthening method to avoid injuries in other sports (running, etc).
    I think your workouts are so great because you give very clear and key indications, which allow me to focus on executing the movements with control, precision, and mindfulness. I find it amazing how intense some "simple" exercises can be if you focus on executing them controlling with precision. They are also a perfect mix between learning the movements and challenging oneself with more advanced ones.

    Omg! I'm still getting back in shape and this one had me fighting for my life 😅 I took some breaks but did push through and finished the workout. I look forward to revisiting this in the future when I am stronger and have more endurance. Even the classes I struggle with are inspiring! They help me set personal goals. Thanks Nicole!       You just discover the way of working out with a meaning, body and mind,.together with breathing. Yoga and Pilates. Fitness is just exercises with no real meaning just body look. I hope you go further into one of them or just one and you will discover an other way of moving and much more.

    wow. this is like my 3rd time doing this, and it’s still a tough one! I have to continually remind myself that “I am strong” when my mind wants to give up. I have to remind myself I can do it cause I’ve done it before.
    I feel awesome afterwards though, knowing I can push myself to such limits, when no one has asked me to.

    I grew up being a dancer and always hated pilates and yoga because it felt too easy. Since then, I've left the dance world, had 3 years with minimal movement, focusing on my mental health and wellbeing. It feels so good to come back and find a challenging and rewarding class like this

    This is yoga day 2 for me and I’m just glad I wasn’t the only one struggling to keep up 😭 I actually started crying for being so out of shape. I’m going to continue to do this exercise for the next 30 days and update this comment on if it got easier…which I’m assuming it will. Let’s keep pushing guys.. we got this.

      How have you been doing? This is day one for me and I was really upset because I barely managed, and I used to be super fit and did pilates and yoga every second day. Feeling so disappointed that I have let it get this bad - I look exactly the same, so I kinda assumed I was still ok, but alas. How did you manage with your goal?

    I really enjoyed this practice, it’s hard but achievable with the modifications shown by Nicole. My arms are shaking and my legs are burning so I know I’ve worked hard. This is the best Pilates/ Yoga channel I’ve come across in my 15 years of home workouts. The exercises are tough but I know that if I keep doing them, I can improve in time . Thanks Nicole, I’m so grateful that I found you. 😘

    Nicole these shorter videos that you make are always an amazing balance of balanced flow and graceful strength. I realized today that they are also very helpful for gaining proprioception (mind-body connection). I know that while I'm watching your videos, if something is difficult and frustrating - I need to practice it more!     Omg, I loved this one! My glutes/legs were burning, especially during the first exercises on all fours and the lunges/one-legged mountain pose. My abs were BURNING during/after the abs series. THANK YOU for this amazing full body training session.

    Never added comments on workout videos before but I gotta say this girl makes me feel so much better. I dont have back or knee pain like with other pilates workouts I've tried before. And just in a month of following some videos on this channel I already feel more "whole" and in control of my body. Workout routines are not boring and its just the right amount for me. Thank you!     Update.. I got through the video... however, I had to modify some of the poses. Lifting this fat ain't easy. But I stuck with it!!💪🏿 New goal is working on NOT modifying the poses

    I cannot express how deeply valuable I find these videos. I’m recovering from emotional trauma surrounding the body and movement, and sometimes that makes classes feel like a very scary place. Following the videos with room to pause and move my body as I need is freeing. Although I’ve been using these videos since the summer, Today was the first time in a long time I truely let go and let my body follow the instruction, and it was a good experience. Thank you for your generosity in these videos, and thank you for validating that this isn’t easy work

    Well, working this routine has exposed that I’m not as in shape as I thought I was and I’ve let laziness and age begin to take hold. I did push through and get it done with only a few slips, And I’m sure having done some breath work prior to this session, at the end when it was advised to see what you’re grateful for, I began sobbing that I’m grateful to be alive. This session will now be part of my daily routine. Thank you!

    Today I tried out yoga for the first time and even though I struggled with balance and a little bit of pain in my hands from holding myself It was really fun!! I'm excited for doing this as my routine now and working on my posture and flexibility:))

    i’ve always hated working out because of how tough it is, and how it always made my body feel sore, i was really insecure and wanted to lose weight but i gave up and actually started accepting myself for how i look and it didn’t matter anymore, so later then i found out about pilates and honestly most of pilates videos i tried to do also made me feel terrible, except this one, i feel way more strong and relaxed at the same time, and it wasn’t as tough as i thought it’d be.. thank you so much for this video i’ll try practicing pilates to become stronger everyday from now on!

    Before i would get so frustrated when I wouldn’t be able to do challenging yoga videos, even stopping half way because of it. But this time when I had a thought like that pass my mind I just let it pass, and finished the practice as best I could.
