Going from Chair pose to Froggy squat was Powerful!! Oh yeah! Put your hands up who didn't quit on this :) This was new to me but I've totally embraced it. Thank you Adriene for making Play YWA October 22 even more fun & strong.

I was having one of the worst panic attacks today and I did Adriene’s meditation for anxiety first to get past the attack and finished off with this video. Felt so empowering yet relaxing and feel like it saved my life today. Thank you so much and to anyone who is struggling right now - well done for showing up, you’re not alone and you’ll get through this no matter what. Namaste
Same here. I started practicing again at the beginning of September after a 4 years break due to serious health and ( consequently) mental health problems. I was discouraged when I saw it was an intermediate practice, although I used to practice at an intermediate/advanced level before the break. I gave it a try, nonetheless. I cheated in side plank , because I struggle with balance, but managed in some way to keep the pose, best I could. I have a tendency to underestimate myself and my accomplishments, but, all in all, I'm proud of myself for the progress done after one month of constant practice. Which I love. Thank you all for the support, bless you 🙏
I just did this today. This week was particularly hard for me because of people criticising my body shape. People are saying I look weak and unhealthy directly to my face just because I am thin, when I have always been petite all my life. Doing yoga makes me realize that I am what I think I am and it helps to silence those voice. I’m strong and I’m healthy no matter how I look on the outside.
Compassion ❤ They want to like you, they just can't right now 😢 Maybe one day you can help them become better 👍 😊 I am thin and I appreciate your message.
Adriene! Thank you SO much for releasing this content for free! I started doing yoga this year after months of saying I'd get started. Doing yoga is my new hobby and it helps my mental health a bunch! I'm your Texas sister and my goal is to visit the studio in Austin! Until then, I'll be practicing at home. Love u! :')
I mistakenly switched days 3 & 4 of Play, so here I am on the 4th of October doing this practice. I’m not going to lie, I was absolutely terrified to go into this “intermediate” practice as I am still very much a beginner, but thought since it’s only 20 mins I would give it a go. I am so surprised and excited that I actually completed the whole video, I was giggling during the chair to froggy sequence because although it was really hard I could do it! Doing yoga (almost) every day for the past 4 months has been the most wonderful journey of discovery, empowerment and healing for me. I always had a hatred for my crappy, chronically ill body, but yoga is slowly teaching me not to hate but instead connect with myself on a deep level. I have learned so much about my strength, endurance and discipline from you Adriene, you have taught me so much and I will forever be grateful to you. I hope you know how loved and appreciated you are by your YWA audience, you truly have changed my life and the lives of so many others. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do. Play day 3! I can’t get enough of how beautiful and light Adriene’s videos are😍 And I absolutely loved that new sequence with chair pose and froggy squat at the end of the practice! Thank you, Adriene and YWA community🧡🧡🧡
Three things I liked about this video was how the instructor thoroughly explained how to do the poses, how she transitioned between poses, and how challenging some of the poses were.
Short sessions equal a more intense workout. Had sweat dripping off my chinny chin chin! Arms feel great! The Chair pose was unique and great for the quads. Appreciate ya chica!
I've been trying to get in shape and fix my relationship with my body. Yoga has been the one thing I've been able to have consistent motivation and time to do. Thank you for posting this video, it helps me achieve my goals in the comfort of my home. Practicing yoga, particularly something a little more strength-focused like this, has made a significant difference in my mental health and wellbeing in just one month. I feel like I've finally made it a habit too.
Thank you for this. I stopped doing yoga back in December because of medical reasons, and this has been my first practice back in the mat. I've lost a lot of strength and endurance but will try my very best to regain it
Wow what a yoga practice! Thank you Adriene, that practice was just what my body, was crying out for today. I had a big, and busy day up in London yesterday, and I'm definitely feeling the effects of it today. So this practice was a really lifesaver for me. I enjoyed how smooth it was, and I did get lost in the breath quite a few times. It was just so calming, and rejuvenating. Thank you so much to you, and Benji. See you later. Namaste. 🙏🧡🦋🧘♀️🐶☀️
Delight day 26🎉 thank you, Adriene, for this practice, today wasn't my best, as I got distracted at the beginning, but glad I made it through the video and to my mat. 🤞🏻Tomorrow I will have a better practice. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
I practice this again a few days after recovering from a flu and I've realized how weak I have become, specially my lower extremities, but on the other hand I also realized how strong I was (being able to do this without quivering before) and how much strength I need and will regain in the incoming more days of more practice.

I haven’t practiced in a while and I was feeling optimistic when I chose this one to jump back into - it was hard! But I powered through and I feel great, and very humbled. This would have been so much easier for me 6 months ago - I guess it’s time to build some muscle back

11.09 🧘🏿♂️ - Meditate I finally made it back to the mat today and doing this for 20 minutes felt so great. I'm doing this at almost midnight but it feels so good. When I was done, I felt like this certain vibration or like energy in my back and I just sat with it for our ending pose. So amazing.

I've lost a lot of strength and endurance but will try my very best to regain it
The his was so fun. Kept my mind and body engaged. Feeling powerful. Thanks Adrian.
Hehe I got distracted too, by a very persistant mosquitoe but I also managed to finish and it was a great practise 👌💪😁❤
@@masatiselj8777 aw, no, they can be very persistent when they want to be, well done for finishing and hopefully with no itchy bites. 🤗☺️💖
I practice this again a few days after recovering from a flu and I've realized how weak I have become, specially my lower extremities, but on the other hand I also realized how strong I was (being able to do this without quivering before) and how much strength I need and will regain in the incoming more days of more practice.
Delight 😊 Day 26 ✅️ Today was one of my favorite days ❤️ I can see my growth while flowing 🙌 Thank you always!
I love how this practice gently kicked my butt today and worked up a sweat!
Hey Alison, good to see you here! Wow, what a coincidence! Would love to catch up privately if you are into it! FB, IG or what have you!
@@hilarioporto6172 Lalo! It's so lovely to "bump into" you here. :) I would love to catch up privately. I'm not on social media right now but you can send me a note on messenger (I think we're FB friends?) and we can go from there?
I haven’t practiced in a while and I was feeling optimistic when I chose this one to jump back into - it was hard! But I powered through and I feel great, and very humbled. This would have been so much easier for me 6 months ago - I guess it’s time to build some muscle back
🙏🏼💜
Hi adrian and right now I am working on my cottage core mosaic blanket and granny squares and I love your channel and your videos and if you keep making videos I will keep watching them
I am so happy I treated myself to this! It made me fire up a bit but also showed me how far I have already come in my journey this time around. Thank you so much, Adriene and team, once more!
not even weights made me sweat like this one, THANK YOU.
I loved this!! I really enjoy practicing everyday and flows like this make me realise just how strong my body and mind are becoming. Thankyou, Adriene xxx
I was feeling tired and unmotivated today and thought that I should do a more nourishing practice. But when I listened to my body it said “you can do this. You are strong.” And so I did and I’m glad I did because I feel stronger now than before. 🎉
Needed this today! Good length, good difficulty, good vibes. Thanks Adriene
Hello… I haven’t done any of your flows for at least a year. I was just working out and doing some yoga on my own. But you popped into my mind today and here I am. This video was remarkable. And I am always so in all of you as an example of a good human. Thank you :-)
“Thanks for sharing your practice with me today”. It still catches me of guard how humble you are. Beautiful to have you as a guide and role model in our lives.
Wow!! That made me feel ALIVE!!! Thank you Adrienne!!! ❤
Mediatate day 10! Switched this with 6 min yoga chill practice that I did yesterday. This power yoga felt so good, even better than the first time! Thank you, Adriene and YWA community💚💚💚
10.3 🧘🏿♂️ Third day of PLAY! Live!
The power in today's power yoga was very present. Throughout the session, there were places where I felt like giving up but I encouraged myself to get back up each time and finished well. Right now, I feel a new sense of power and strength from today's session. It feels really good.
Thanks again, Adriene! So glad I found you. Now on to the next day! 😁
That was the perfect way to start my day. With the morning sun, the birds and a lil yoga sweat. Thank you. Namaste 🙏
Thank you for this flow, dearest Adriene! 10 years of practicing with you has been the gentle (and powerful) mountain stream of my life. Hugs to you and Benji!!

Intention : meditate to flow
I love this flow that perks me up today 😊 I love this kinds of sequence that feel like the dance of my soul.
Thank you Adriene
See you tomorrow beautiful souls
Namaste 🙏
Thank you Adriene really appreciate you I’ve been practicing yoga since 2019 may god bless you and your loved ones luv from 🇸🇴🥰🫶🏻
11.09 🧘🏿♂️ - Meditate
I finally made it back to the mat today and doing this for 20 minutes felt so great. I'm doing this at almost midnight but it feels so good. When I was done, I felt like this certain vibration or like energy in my back and I just sat with it for our ending pose. So amazing.
MEDITATE 🧘♀ | November 9, 2022 | I'm currently sick with a cold, and having done this practice last month when it first came out I knew it was more than I could handle today. So instead I swapped it for tomorrow's Yoga Chill which was just a perfect 6 minutes of gentle and calm stretch. Hoping I'll feel well enough tomorrow to come back to this one - but if not, I will keep finding what feels good and feel so blessed that Adriene and team have given us so many options to do just that! 🙏
I hope you are feeling better Cecilia!
@@YogawithKrista yes much better, thank you! 😊
Blessed Beloved Beauties! This was an energizing session for Play Day-3. I feelna burn 🔥 in my core which is great. That means I'm activating those ab muscles. Time for an evening 🏃🏿♀️ run. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋
This will be my first live class so excited, and I'm happy to have started 365 days of yoga. 2 more months to goo. Thank you Adriene, you're my rockstar ⭐️ and because of you I found the book Autobiography of a Yogi, it is life changing.
Love this for you!
@@mandyprice1517 thank you ❤
That's an incredible book!
@@YogawithKrista yes ❤
The most beautiful & best yoga instructor ❤️ happy belated birthday Queen
I really loved this one! I used to do pilates and beginner yoga but I decided to give intermediate level a try for the first time and I completed this! Im so glad, thanks
This was a bit of a challenge today but I made it through. Thank you for MEDITATE DAY 9 Adriene :)
My deepest gratitude for this practice, for Adriene and the community practicing alongside. This one kicks my butt but it also opens my heart deeply. 🙏🏽
Wow - what a flow! Strong, grounding & creative. Love it!
i have mono and long covid so i've been bedridden for weeks now and this was the first thing to get me active again :) i'd forgotten how good it feels to sweat and get my heart rate up, even if i can't do a full hour long workout or anything! love love love this
Ended with happy-baby. Loved every moment. Thanks, Adriene!
Hi Adrian it’s being for a quit for wild haven’t seeing videos for last couples months and weeks I’m glad you are back to yoga 🧘♀️ teacher for everyone are watching
There's at least one new video each month, usually on the first Monday... Check the calendar!
I don't know why I thought it was a good idea to take an "Intermediate" class when I clearly am a beginner haha! Anyway... I did my own easy version of the flow.. Thanks Adrienne!
When i read the comments i was a bit nervous, but i got through it. Notice how you feel…pretty proud of myself🙂 Thank you Adriene
This has definitely woke me up. After following November's meditation month my body got a shock after this one.
Dang! I am so proud of myself! 🎉I was able to keep up. I have come a long way on my fitness journey. THANK YOU ADRIENE!!!! Thank you for helping me along the way!
Thank you Yoga queen & King Benji for this kick-off for this week. Sweaty & wobbling after having sinusitis during last weekend. Dedicated follower since six years:) Lost of love 💕 to U All
I’m not sure if I’ve ever thanked you for your videos! I subscribed around 2014/15 because I was too nervous to go to a class. I had tried a class but kept wobbling in tree pose so I felt more comfortable doing yoga at home with you and it gave me the strength to stop wobbling and go to a real class. Thank you for starting me on this yoga and meditation journey! It’s all really helped me, so much so I obtained my dream job this year🎉❤
Yes! I’m ready to do some power yoga 🙌🔥 as always perfect timing, thank you Adriene
My body's ability to hold and balance its own weight is getting stronger and stronger. As a result my body feels lighter as I move
throughout the day. Its a pretty awesome feeling. Its a feeling unique to yoga I haven't experienced with any other type of physical
conditioning. Thank you for making these videos
It's time like this that I realize how far I have come since my first online class with you back in March 2020. Yay!!
Thank god. I be been looking for a yoga sub for months. Range of motion is best for me. This lady really gets ur body to stretch great. Her instructions are clear and her dog isn't distracting. Audio is clear and so is the lighting. She talks lower too.
So very grateful for your beautiful dedication to yoga and service to us all.
Many blessings to you and to darling Benji 💫🙏🧘♀️🐕💛
Awesome! I was afraid of the word "intermediate," but I did it and with only a tweak here and there. I'll be back! Thanks Adriene once again for the perfect practice today.
Play Day 3 🙏
Wonderful quick flow to start the day & remind me
I am strong 😊💛
🙏 Thank you Adriene 🙏
Meditate Day 9 🙏
Not feeling as confident in my strength today 😕 need a reminder 'I am worthy' 💛
I'm definitely super grateful for your offerings, Adriene. You are an angel
Would love more power flow videos that are 30-45 mins! Thanks Adriene!
Always a good day when there’s a new Yoga with Adriene video. Play, day 3. October 2022. Tough and challenging. What a great start to the week.
can´t wait for this, that one 45-min video of power yoga that you once did is still among my favourites ♥♥♥
I can´t believe I have been working out to these videos for over 8 years now.
It's because there's something about Adrian I used to be a 650 lb man who saw her beginners yoga and I was hooked on it and started it and lost well over 200 lb doing that. It doesn't matter who you are what shape you're in she drags you in she's amazing at what she does.
Hey Jay such a great achievement in losing that weight. Congrats! YWA is just so awesome!
@@jaysmith2151 Stay strong Jay :)
@@lunaticeggman219 I'm already broken I'm trying to get back to it and it seems impossible at this point even though obviously it isn't I've done it before.
@@francis_n thank you so much.
I should have done this yesterday....better late than never! Oct 4, 2022. Caught up now. Thx Misty for day 1 of painting washroom. Looking good so far.
On schedule. Up at work. Fly home tomorrow. Great 22 min practice. November 9, 2022.
♥~Beautiful practice~ Thank you for your time & energy~ Blessings & Love for your day~ ♥
I was shaking! But each time I practice I love that my bodystrength and support amazes me. I get more and more in touch with my body mentally and fysically. 🙏
Girl I had to child’s pose it half way through. 😂 I’ll try again tomorrow. Awesome flow!
My, my this was challenging for my 63-year old body, although I am not a beginner. I loved it! And I am really thankful for the pace. Many teachers rush though the poses so it is hard for me to do the transitions properly. But you, Adriene, do it perfectly. As always. I have been following you for many years now and I don't get tired of your style. You are the online yoga teacher Superstar! ❤️
Day 9 Nov 9 2022. Wow quite a powerful yoga today. Literally sweating now and i love it. Good job everyone!🔥❤
I managed to get myself stuck in a routine of doing the same 3 10 minute videos every morning for the past few months. This was the perfect way to break that routine. I'm definitely feeling so much better after doing this! Thank you!!
Awesome practice ! Thank you Adriene for bringing new things everyday in to the sessions..
love that these videos are here for us to do as many times as we like. Thank you Adriene for sharing these with all of us!!
Soooo excited for this. Adrienne you are amazing. Thank you for sharing your gift. It allows me to give my patients free access to the many benefits of yoga.
Thank you for showing me that 20 mins is enough time for a fun and powerful flow!
This is the first time in years that I am doing Power Yoga again and I collapsed so many times. Thank you for the great practice; I realised how much I missed and needed Power Yoga.
