Hello sweet friends! Remember, we are as calm, centered, healthy and peaceful as our center. Be kind, be kind, be kind. What is something kind you've done for yourself lately?
Yoga With Adriene showing up on the yoga mat ...is something I’ve done kind for myself today!! I would love to get some exercises specially for costochondritis . My 16 year old takes medicine to relieve the pain, but we want to try natural, long term tools to benefit her.
I'm three weeks short of a year of doing a Yoga with Adriene session every morning. A measure of my improved understanding of yoga and my improved strength is that this practice felt challenging but also fun and doable...and it would NOT have a year ago. So big thanks Adriene, and to this supportive community.
What are some benefits you’ve seen from doing yoga a year straight? I’m about 100 days in of straight yoga and my self esteem has definitely gone up and anxiety gone down.
'Honour your belly' - this made me smile as i try to strengthen my body after pregnancy. Reminded me how strong my body was to grow a baby and now i want to strengthen my body to hold and care for my baby.
"Take a second to give thanks for this amazing time that you've taken for yourself. Way to show up." Today marks 12 months of daily Yoga with Adriene, and you bet I'm giving thanks for this amazing time I've taken for myself! Thank you, Adriene!
@@coach_nomie I lost 50 pounds, I stopped drinking alcohol, I returned to my daily art practice. I'm less stressed, more flexible and healthier than I have been for decades.
Way to go Hashi. I'm working on my 4th 30 day journey. Daily since Jan 1st 2021. Proud of my commitment & hope to complete the year & all going forward. Adrienne is a treasure.
Still here ... October 2024 I am truly amazed at my strength when I remember how much I struggled with this practice a few years ago. Sending love & gratitude to the community and to Adriene & her team. 💖💜💝
I can’t believe I did the mindful climbers the entire time you were. I can feel myself getting stronger each practice. Mentally and physically. I got a little emotional thinking how much gratitude I have for you and everyone on the journey of bettering ourselves through this practice. Thank you for sharing your gift with us.
I know Adriene doesn’t read these anymore, but almost 5 million subscribers? She’s a total game changer, and she forever changed how people practice yoga.
She does read the comments still :) it's one of the things that makes her so beautiful; no matter how big ywa is getting, her and the team will still cater to their audience and feedback. I'm so grateful for them.
Rekindle Day 22:10:24✅ Good morning Adrienne and yoga family. What an amazing deep core practice to start the day...this is 🔥 belly workout and strengthening of the whole body😅💪🏾....i feel so much stronger. Thank you Adriene, this a fav. still and a playlist keeper. Have a great day everyone. Namaste☮️💜🙏🏾
Another practice that shows that slow and respectful can be so powerful. I saw a comment on yesterday's practice about enjoying the swiftness and it was kind of nice but I was actually rather surprised by how well and easy I was able to keep up and it's because of all the slow and gentle work that I have done with Adriene's practices throughout the years. I enjoyed yesterday's practice but I would not want to be that swift all the time I don't think I would stick with it because my nervous system needs a break from what to me can feel like rushing. Anyway not valuing any one thing or view over another exactly but just expressing my appreciation for recognizing that slow and gentle is actually powerful as well which is often forgotten in today's world, and I'm so appreciative Adriene values and leads us often in that along with other tempos and cadences, so I can learn gentleness in the swiftness and movement in the stillness 😊❤
I did self care, self evaluation, and set more boundaries. Thanks much, yoga family. You've helped me find back my voice and groove. Blessings 🙌. Love ❤️ always. Namaste ❤️ 🙏.
Build, April 21, 2024. Still committing to my daily yoga practice though in a grieving period. Strength is always building. Much gratitude for making yoga available, creating monthly calendars and for the ever supportive YWA community. Have a great Sunday everyone! Namaste 🙏🏾😌💙🖤✨
Absolutely amazing! I used to push myself to do these fast and intense core cardio workouts because I thought that's what I needed. So glad that don't anymore and that I can get a total body core workout through a slow and mindful yoga practice. I feel so much better physically and mentally. Thank you Adriene!
Natalie Dolan that is exactly why I love Adrienne. Everything is fitness is always labeled FAST and intense or you’re not doing it right. Adriene teaches us that it’s really the total opposite to connect your mind and body! The world needs more of this
Day 8 process! Oh, loved it! It was great to do this deep core after a few days of relaxing yoga practices! I've realized that I've built strenght by doing yoga every single day since the beginning of the year and I owe this to yoga with Adriene! Now, a lot of poses and movements are getting easier for me although I have some injuries! This video will go into my favourite list! 🥰😍❤
When I read Core in a practice title I tend to make that face "not today, pleaseee" and then Adriene adds Deep & Total Body. OMG! How can you Find What Feels Good in this fire belly practice?... Yes, I do and we all do for sure. And look at Benji laying down and not working on his belly?! :)) This cute dog's life is pretty sweet!
Gina Costanza I always feel somewhat crazy but yoga is an adventure and for night owls...it’s perfect hehe. So happy I’m not the only yoga loving weirdo! Beats laying in bed not able to sleep 😂🙌🏼❤️
Thanks. you just inspired me to do this at 1am. I was just looking for yoga workouts and debating because it's so late and then I saw your comment and it was like a sign for me to just do it! Lol thanks!
I just want to thank you Adrienne! My husband is terminally ill, and working through your yoga practices morning and bedtime is without doubt, - keeping me strong and resilient!. Your awesome 💕
I LOVE this practice! Really wondering why I’ve wasted so much time in the past doing those horrible core hiit/“get shredded” workouts when I could’ve been doing this and feeling amazing
Yes! And they always left me totally exhausted and injured and tight but I never felt that true muscle-building soreness like I do from Adriene's core workouts!
Same! On a vain note, I've also noticed that after seven months of Adrienne/yoga in general, I've gotten way leaner muscles than I did during four years of hiit-type workouts, with the same (if not better) strength.
I clicked on the video, after my morning run, read a few comments, and thought, I'm too tired for this. But heck, I’ll try it. I can always stop if I want to… Well, fast forward 20 mins later, I finished it! Mountain climbers and all! Feeling stronger every day! 💪🏾 Happy Sunday everyone!
I thought I'd have to take more breaks than I did so a pleasant surprise this morning! Thank you Adriene and Benji and namaste to everyone practising today from a cold, dark Scotland 🙂
Jun 24, 2022 04:56 Intention : energize to meet my appropriate edge When I saw the title of this session I try hard not to remember how this video kick my butt and challenge me, shaking my head with a nervous smile I press play. And did what Adriene instructs, I find myself bowing and saying Namaste with pride as I did it until the last second, knowing that I beat myself to have the courage to do something hard is an awesome feeling to start my day. You are an awesome teacher and coach Adriene thank you so much 😘 Have a great weekend everybody Namaste🙏🏼
Wowee ! I so wanted to return to this favourite practice as I love core work. This senior yogi just made it through to those mountain climbers with just one adjustment to that last vinyasa flow using knees to transition back up to downward dog. But all good, it got the heart pumping and blood aflowing 😜 ! A lovely challenging strength builder 😊 now for breakfast 😋 see you tomorrow on the mat for Yoga Rinse, another favourite 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Once again, Gill - I agree completely! I loved the non-crunch crunches :). The mindful positioning of our heads/necks and gentle reminders made all the difference in getting a strong core workout without strain.
I had been feeling that it was about time for a core-centric practice. I feel that way when I'm having a harder time feeling that connection to core within other movements. This was awesome! Something interesting is that it burned a LOT more than the last core I did (in which it took longer to feel the burn than normal), but I think I'm also able to connect and activate the core much MORE in these low-to-the-ground, focused exercises than I used to. Growth comes in many ways. Thank you 💚
00:03 Benji looking very wise here -- this should be on the short list for his dust-jacket author photo, when he finishes his book. 19:39 Also notice it took Adriene 19 minutes to achieve what Benji could do in seconds. A true master, and yet so humble! 😸
That was lovely, and totally not what I was expecting from the title 'Total body yoga' I thought I'd be struggling more, that I'd have to take more breaks. I was pleasantly surprised, at how strong I've got, because I think I would have had to take more breaks before. But I've been doing yoga everyday now for 1 year 160 days, and boy I can see the results. Thank you so much Adriene, for always being there, and always being my friend. You are awesome, and you rocked this yoga practice. I can't wait for tomorrows yoga, see you then Namaste. 🙏 ❤
Build day 21🎉 evening is probably the wrong time of day to be doing a total body and deep core yoga practice 🥵, but I’m glad I made it to my mat, this is the first practice in a week where I’ve been able to do the whole video and not need to stop because my shoulder needed a break, yay🎉 my whole body is feeling so much stronger. Thank you, Adriene, for todays practice and for the weekend challenge over on FWFG. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
Today marks a very special day for my mom and I. We are celebrating 100 days, straight, of yoga with Adriene. Since our province declared a state of emergency, we declared a dedication to yoga! Thank you Adriene for everything you offer. Your kind words, your sense of humour, and your dedication to being your best self. Namaste 🙏🏽 Ginger & Martina 🇨🇦
Rekindle day 24🎉 thank you, Adriene, loved this practice even though I know my abs will be sore tomorrow 😂 but I'm glad I made it to my mat and chose this practice today and didn't skip it for an easier one. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
Energise 24/06/22..so needed, tough though and an energy boost 🍀🌸Day 24✅✅ what an awesome workout yoga for starting my day great and I quite like it for winding down in the eve. too, really enjoyed this session, Ty very much Adriene and nice to see Benji 🤩💞😌🧘🏾♀️.Hope all you Yogi lovelies have a relaxing weekend. Namaste🙏🏾♥️
I'm struggling with depression right now and doing yoga with you, Adriene, helps me a lot to just calm my nerves a little and find power to keep going. I'm thankful from the bottom of my heart!❤ ❤❤You're a beautiful human being! 😘🌸
This powerful 20 minute core practice was just right for this senior yogi. I think this month’s Courage has worked its magic as I’ve stuck with it through the days and this time I completed the whole sequence to the end of mountain climbers. Feeling satisfied and pleased that I could meet my edge and feel the benefit. The weekend are long ones 🤔 I can make it 😊👍🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
Beautiful Gill, you are doing great, nice to see that you take care of yourself. I will follow you. Your words are inspiring and give me courage. 🌼Happy day 🧘🏼♀️🇨🇷
Thank you Adriene, what a practice! Woo! 🥳 I have a very sore ankle from a slight accident on Monday. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to handle this practice, but I guess I should stop underestimating myself. Because I not only did this yoga practice, but I really enjoyed it, and feel so good now. My ankle still hurts alot, but the rest of my body feels really good, after this yoga practice. So thank you so much Adriene. I wish you a great rest of your day, see you tomorrow. Namaste. 🙏🧡🦋
Wow, I am so proud of myself this morning! Last month when I did this practice I thought to myself, 'I could almost do the lift up into a seated position withouth grabbing my legs to help me up...' and today I did that without considering it! 5 months of yoga (most) every day and I am really feeling my strength improve. Thanks, Adriene!
Amazing Practice today. I wrote a poem based on today's class❤️ Warmth, Inside and out. Feel the burn, For you need a challenge. Go forth and be dangerous, For Danger is Chaos, And Chaos is Order.
Thank you Adriene for showing the world that you can achieve the body you desire with love and respect, and not through torture and pain. I truly love and appreciate what you do.
It's Monday morning, Started my day the right way by doing deep core before going out the door. I woke up stiff its just what my body needed to begin the day. Thank you Adriene, Have an awesome day all x
I was struggling with anemia these last couple of days, and showing up to the mat (and for myself!) today was so so difficult. But I did it, and this practice kicked my butt. I expected to feel so much more fatigued, but I feel my energy rising. Starting this yoga journey was the best thing that happened to me! Thank you, Adriene
Woohoo! This was tough but every time we reached a point that became especially difficult, we moved on soon after. I feel energized, and the icy cold morning no longer feels icy haha! I haven't done a core workout in a while. This was needed. I'm so grateful for my body and for a renewed commitment to practice and treat my body well. Thanks Adriene!
🏋️♂️Process Day 8⛸ Just did this practice for the first time, and I practiced with 27 yogis all across the globe, but I would just like to say that this was the perfect amount of pushing myself to my limit but in a mindful way, it was really perfect for where my body’s at right now! Sending love and light as always❤️💫 Namaste🙏
As a chronic sufferer of anxiety and borderline, this has really cleared my head and resolved my deepest anxieties. Idgaf about my health physically anymore (too much to worry about mentally tbh) so finding something that benefits both kinds of health is AMAZING. You are a saint, kind yoga lady.
You were the first video I searched for when i typed in "yoga for" in the search engine. i had an absolute horrible morning with pain throughout my body due to anxiety. i cant believe i never tried this before. i also feel like somehow the universe connected us - you have a blue heeler, and my blue heeler is sitting next to me watching me do yoga as well. namaste
you really shouldn't do any exercise for your abs when you're on your period, that's dangerous for your health! stretching and hips opening practice is what's good.
I was not feeling a core yoga session today. I am so sunburnt all over my legs and my mind constantly goes back to Elijah McClain, I cried my eyes out after reading about his story today. But I did it and it gave me a sense of optimism and self power. I did ab work today despite it being a painful day! Thank you Adriene and team.
This video! I have been doing this bad boy 2-3 times a week for the past couple of months and today for the first time (in another video) I was able to step through and up from down dog to a lunge in one go!! (I'm in my 50s and usually I'm one of those grab-your-leg and hike-it-forward people) After two years of practising with Adriene, this is A Moment. 😍 Thanks Adriene for providing this awesome resource ❤️❤️xx
I recently had this moment too! Thought it would be impossible, but becoming able to do it through regular practice was nice evidence that I'm making progress!
I cannot express how thankful I am for finding this channel! Just two days ago I finished the 30 day at home yoga challenge, and the next day I did yoga for the first time on my own! I used everything that Adriene taught me during my own yoga practice. But then I found myself missing Adriene while I was doing her yoga.... so now I am here! Thank you for helping myself grow, both mentally and physically, Adriene
Awesome! To do all this, without skipping anything, on the hottest day of the year - hot, sweaty and still a bit out of breath after the mountain climbers, yet still smiling! Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟💟
Tried this practice over half a year ago, probably close to 3/4 of a year ago and I remember being utterly exhausted. With continued Yoga with Adriene practices since then (more regularly now than before) and doing a 21 day core Challenge this August, I just tried the practice again today and it was amazing. I did it with just the right amount of difficulty to make it feel good and not too hard. I feel so good! Thank you Adriene! I LOVE your channel!
just wanted to share that Im very proud of myself. The first day of the year, I had never done yoga before. I wanted to exercise, be healthy, but not to sweat, cause it was summer, so I decided to try a little of yoga, since then I have been doing it every week day (not on weekends), and I think my flexibility improved a lot, and Im feeling great with myself.
Adriene this flow allowed me to honor my body and use that respectful approach to move through the entire practice, even with arms shaking and abs crunching. Thank you for crafting a practice that allows you to feel strong both physically and mentally. Sending you love! Thank you for what you do.
Thank you, Adriene. I am shocked by what I am able to accomplish and hold now, where I wasn't before. These practices have been a huge mental health and physical health boost for me, and I cannot thank you enough for sharing them with the world!
Hi adriene, I discovered you in this lockout. I have tried many ways of exercising on and off all these years. But with this I am hooked. I have been following your june calendar till date. Have list 2kgs weight, absolutely no sciatic pain, was unable to sit in sukhasana for even 2secs as of june 1st, but now i dont have a problem at all. All this seems like a miracle to me. So grateful to have you. Looking forward to my practice everyday. Thank you so much.
This was so AWESOME!! I truly can't believe it - Adriene THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I only just started my yoga journey about 6 months ago through YWA and this practice is proof of my improvement! I kept saying "Wow! Am I actually doing this? With ease too!" throughout this entire practice - I was laughing at the prana when it got tough instead of beating myself up mentally for "struggling." I feel so strong and supported. I even cried a little during mountain just because I am so grateful to have found my yoga practice. It has seriously saved me, not only helped my physical body feel better but I am definitely benefitting off the mat, mentally, as well from YWA. Just - thank you thank you thank you. I truly believe you have saved my life. Namaste.
I love coming back to this every couple of months, I notice how much stronger I feel and controlled my movements are. I don’t do yoga often but I’ve been lifting and focusing on Mobility and it’s so nice to come back and see my progress. Today I completed the entire practice routine without skipping anything and I feel great.
i'm still only about a month into doing a daily practice, and this challenging! but rather than feel defeated, I'm just excited to come back to this video and see that I've improved!
Thank you, Adriene. You don't how much this has helped me today. I've been so uneasy since yesterday, coz my dog died and I can't grieve. I dont know why. 😭 And today, I came back to the mat after two days. Indeed, yoga does something to your brain. And I've been doing this routine for whole one month. And I've never felt I could be this stronger. 😭
I was hesitant about today's core practice because I wasn't in the mood for hard and intense. But Adriene has a way of easing you into it that by the time it gets really hard you feel "I've made it this far, might as well finish and do a modification if need be." Nourish - November 2021
Thank you so much for not just this video, but everything you do! I barely made it through this the first time, and that required multiple breaks, but over time this video has become a staple in my practice and gets used about 4-5 times a week, and I'm noticing ongoing changes in my core and upper body from doing so. After losing 120 pounds, your videos are the first thing I've found to make true progress in not just toning my body, but making me feel strong and loving my body. Thank you Adriene!
I swapped Day 5 of EMBRACE for one of my favourite core practices and wow I finished it a-trembling after those mountain climbers ! I love this sequence. It is so good for keeping this senior yogi strong and feeling positive ..... wonderful, love you Adriene 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞💞💞💞💞
I’ve repeated this practice every day for the past week and already feel so much stronger and more confident. Thank you Adriene, for creating a 20 minute practise that is so nutritious for both body and soul!!
Great practice. Short and sweet, but really works the body in a mindful way. My core is stronger than it has been in years, and all without a single crunch. Yoga core work is so much better for the body. So much more connected. This one has gone on my favourites list. Thanks.
Out of all core strength yoga practices, this is definitely my new fave! It has enough intensity to get me sweating but not too over that makes me breathing as if I’m running out of oxygen lol. Definitely would come back to this one again and do it to build my strength 💪🏽
I love your videos. I've watched them for years, you are my 'go to' for a yoga class. I work long hours and have a baby so going to a studio is simply to really feasible for a working mom, so you make this possible for me. Your instructions are so clear and helpful. You make yoga a safe fun place to play. I've got my husband doing these with me. Thank you for doing this over the years
I can't believe I did this!!!!!🥳🥳🥳 Before I got home I thought i wouldn't have the energy to do today's practice. I went into the bedroom and I said to myself "you can do it" even tho i didn't really believe I actually did it and it wasn't as hard as I expected it to be.
What an awesome morning wake up deep core strenght building workout. Build Day 21:04:24✅😅, quite challenging but so worth it.... Having "Courage" has improved my core muscles with flexibility, i feel more toned, defined and tightened i am so grateful for this week's tough but needed core flow practice., an amazing pick me up yogi lovelies, 💪🏾💕keep going!, we've got this! Sending strength, peace and love to you all. Happy Sunday am everyone....Namaste💪🏾☮️💗💞🙏🏾
Lovely, beautiful wkend it's been, how was yours? That's a good option, this was quite tough and I did this twice😅😁 infact I just finished so we practiced at the same time. Hope your upper back feels a relief? Best wishes Sis💕🦋💜🙏🏾
@@simplyyyfab_u_lous_3266 Wow! I love that we were practicing at the same time. Cool beans! We are connected sis. Perhaps we were blood sisters in a different life. Yes, I'm feeling much better. Now, I have to return to grading some essays. Yoga was a refreshing break. I spent some time with my mom Saturday. We ran a lot of errands and enjoyed Peace of Soul Vegan Cafe. What about you? I'm going to spend time with my husband this evening after his studies and my grading. We found an interesting movie on Tubi we were too sleepy to finish last night. Have a great rest of your day!
I remember reading somewhere that Lisa Rinna does yoga to be fit and in shape. I didn’t believe it. Well after this workout I totally do. I’ve done so many core workouts over the years and I felt this one in every muscle group in my body. I was also sweating more than I have in a long time. Thank you! I will be coming back to this practice again and again.
I love love love this video and you. I’m 6 months postpartum and I’m heavier than I’ve ever been in my life and feeling really down and gross and hard on myself and my body. I threw myself into doing high cardio workouts in a desperate way to lose weight but came across your channel to do some stretching one day and fell in love with the sound of your voice and the way you encourage love and kindness to your body- something I hadn’t been doing. Thank you!
I am so sore from working out yesterday i was a little worried this wouldn't work that well. But oh wonder, oh wonder, of course it did... I loved it! Thank you! I send love your way, Namaste ☀️
This is one of my all time favorite core practices! The pacing is great for me, the exercises are different enough to keep me interested, and that flow in the middle is awesome! I love that I get an intense core workout from this but it's calm enough to use as a cooldown from a more intense exercise video.
Hey Adrienne: just wanted to say I’ve been repeating this practice once a day all week, and I need to thank you for your comprehensive message of strength and respect. I absolutely adore your practices and I can feel myself regaining strength after losing so much of it during my first year of grad school. Thanks for being my rock. 💛🌈
I did this practice Saturday (it’s now Monday) and my abs are still sore. Granted, I am still getting in shape but this should give you an idea of how « deep » this core practice is. With a little flow at the end to make it a full body workout. Love this one. Great job Adriene and team! 🙂💜
My core has ALWAYS been my weakest. I have tan marathons, 1/2 marathons, etc. low back pain is now gone after practicing…still always CORE. Sometimes it’s as if it doesn’t engage…its very strange to me.

Today I had to keep reminding myself that a strong abdominal girdle will help keep my spine happy and likely reduce back pain.
I saw the title and thought about switching this video out but this comment convinced me! Gonna look at Benji to get me through it 😂
Late night core? Don’t mind if I do!!! 🙌🏼💪🏼 These Sunday uploads are irresistible.
@Gina Costanza Oh, certainly not. I did a practice at 1 am yesterday.
Lol thanks!
I love the triangle-to-reverse-triangle sequence. What a sneaky way to work the deep core. Thank you Adriene.
I just want to thank you Adrienne! My husband is terminally ill, and working through your yoga practices morning and bedtime is without doubt, - keeping me strong and resilient!. Your awesome 💕
My thoughts exactly!
How is everything now?
I LOVE this practice! Really wondering why I’ve wasted so much time in the past doing those horrible core hiit/“get shredded” workouts when I could’ve been doing this and feeling amazing
Yes! And they always left me totally exhausted and injured and tight but I never felt that true muscle-building soreness like I do from Adriene's core workouts!
Same! On a vain note, I've also noticed that after seven months of Adrienne/yoga in general, I've gotten way leaner muscles than I did during four years of hiit-type workouts, with the same (if not better) strength.
@@SisOfPsY bc you need to do it consistently
I clicked on the video, after my morning run, read a few comments, and thought, I'm too tired for this. But heck, I’ll try it. I can always stop if I want to… Well, fast forward 20 mins later, I finished it! Mountain climbers and all! Feeling stronger every day! 💪🏾 Happy Sunday everyone!
I never thought I'd CRAVE and love a core practice
Wowzers
Great core today!!!
October 2024
We did it!!!!
Peace on Earth
Namaste 🙏🏼
I thought I'd have to take more breaks than I did so a pleasant surprise this morning! Thank you Adriene and Benji and namaste to everyone practising today from a cold, dark Scotland 🙂
Namaste from New England!
My hip popped during the triangle, reverse triangle sequences and it was so good!
Same!!! And I actually read your comment before I did the practice - I may not have even taken much notice of it happening, if not. Thank you! ❤

Intention : energize to meet my appropriate edge
When I saw the title of this session I try hard not to remember how this video kick my butt and challenge me, shaking my head with a nervous smile I press play. And did what Adriene instructs, I find myself bowing and saying Namaste with pride as I did it until the last second, knowing that I beat myself to have the courage to do something hard is an awesome feeling to start my day.
You are an awesome teacher and coach Adriene thank you so much 😘
Have a great weekend everybody
Namaste🙏🏼
Thank you Ellen, yes, we are likeminded souls .... safe yoga with Adriene, perfect ! 🧘🏼♀️🙏💕
Best core workout ever. Never realised that slowing things down makes the muscles stronger and more useful.
Energise 24/06/22..so needed, tough though and an energy boost
🍀🌸Day 24✅✅ what an awesome workout yoga for starting my day great and I quite like it for winding down in the eve. too, really enjoyed this session, Ty very much Adriene and nice to see Benji 🤩💞😌🧘🏾♀️.Hope all you Yogi lovelies have a relaxing weekend.
🌼Happy day 🧘🏼♀️🇨🇷
Francis you are a very special yoga friend, I love that we share our fun and it helps you too 🧘🏼♀️🏴 🧘🏻♀️🇨🇷💕
Day 22 of Rekindle 🕯 I felt this one! I need to lay off the cake! 😂 Thank you Adriene! ❤

Feeling great now!! Thank you!!
Morning yoga session with Adriene is all I need to get my day started. Feeling peaceful and energetic at the same time.
Amazing Practice today. I wrote a poem based on today's class❤️
Warmth,
Inside and out.
Feel the burn,
For you need a challenge.
Go forth and be dangerous,
For Danger is Chaos,
And Chaos is Order.
Love this practice! Thank you ❤️
I really like this one. It's short, targets abs in a gentle way, and I feel calm and energized after!
Thank you Adrienne! My roomate and I do yoga everyday to keep ourselves sane during social isolation! We love Benji!
Great start to my morning! Thankyou, Adriene xxx
🏋️♂️Process Day 8⛸
Just did this practice for the first time, and I practiced with 27 yogis all across the globe, but I would just like to say that this was the perfect amount of pushing myself to my limit but in a mindful way, it was really perfect for where my body’s at right now!
Agreed. Helps clear the mind and as an extra benefit we get a little body workout.
Namaste...Thank you Adriene! Being connected to millions of people through Yoga, yes this is the quarantine cure.
Courage - Day 25 done ✅Wowzers... I was so surprised by how short this practice felt! 😳 feeling stronger too 💪 Namaste 💕🙏🏻
Adrienne you’re the best!
You were the first video I searched for when i typed in "yoga for" in the search engine. i had an absolute horrible morning with pain throughout my body due to anxiety. i cant believe i never tried this before. i also feel like somehow the universe connected us - you have a blue heeler, and my blue heeler is sitting next to me watching me do yoga as well. namaste
This was an amazing 20 min routine and it is perfect for the stay at home quarantine.
I'm dealing with bad period pain today but after doing this my entire belly is on fire so I can barely feel the cramps 😂
😝
Omg I was just going to comment something similar 😂 can’t feel the cramps when the whole abdominal area is sore!
I was looking for someone else feeling the same 😍😍this session feels so amazing!
you really shouldn't do any exercise for your abs when you're on your period, that's dangerous for your health! stretching and hips opening practice is what's good.
@@shchetinina wroooooong
Discovered this practice today through the July calendar. Gratitude. Thank you Adriene. Namaste. 🙏
I am proud of you too!
Adriene this flow allowed me to honor my body and use that respectful approach to move through the entire practice, even with arms shaking and abs crunching. Thank you for crafting a practice that allows you to feel strong both physically and mentally. Sending you love! Thank you for what you do.
Yep I met my edge and kicked its butt. Thank you adriene💖 a beautiful day to all the community.
Thank you, Adriene. I am shocked by what I am able to accomplish and hold now, where I wasn't before. These practices have been a huge mental health and physical health boost for me, and I cannot thank you enough for sharing them with the world!
Rekindle Day 22......Namaste 🙏🏽❤️💚💛🙏🏽
Namaste.
💙
I love coming back to this every couple of months, I notice how much stronger I feel and controlled my movements are. I don’t do yoga often but I’ve been lifting and focusing on Mobility and it’s so nice to come back and see my progress. Today I completed the entire practice routine without skipping anything and I feel great.
Love this practice. Perfect balance between, heat and fire and over all whole body wellness.
The Warrior to triangle part of the practice was a beautiful way to end my day thank-you
i'm still only about a month into doing a daily practice, and this challenging! but rather than feel defeated, I'm just excited to come back to this video and see that I've improved!
I feel stretchy now!!! 👏🏼🙏🏻💛
Wow Adriene, the "mindful climber" was quite the challenge and I really really liked it. Thaaanks!
Anne is
Thank you, Adriene.
But Adriene has a way of easing you into it that by the time it gets really hard you feel "I've made it this far, might as well finish and do a modification if need be."
Nourish - November 2021
Thank you so much for not just this video, but everything you do! I barely made it through this the first time, and that required multiple breaks, but over time this video has become a staple in my practice and gets used about 4-5 times a week, and I'm noticing ongoing changes in my core and upper body from doing so. After losing 120 pounds, your videos are the first thing I've found to make true progress in not just toning my body, but making me feel strong and loving my body. Thank you Adriene!
Energize day 24 - Amazing practice! Really challenging but felt strong after❤🔥 Thanks Adriene, namaste🙏
Good morning and thank you Adriene. Namaste. :)
It’s great to see ppl from different time periods commenting ❤️love you all
I love your videos.
I went into the bedroom and I said to myself "you can do it" even tho i didn't really believe I actually did it and it wasn't as hard as I expected it to be.
yay I am so proud of you! Way to go xxx
The pace on this practice was just right for me, made it all right to the end of mountain climber 💕
Peace Yogi, Sis! Happy Sunday! I substituted this session for Upper Back Love as I spend so much time at my desk. How was your weekend? 🦋❤️🦋
Love the core based practices on here, always hard work but always feel so good afterwards 😁
💜🙏
Wow I loved that session and my belly is sore still 2 days after! Must be working! Namaste everyone x💕
