This stretch is amazing. Been suffering from severe lower back pain and hip tightness from sitting and writing for work and my dissertation. I honestly feel so restored after this that is a miracle.

Revisiting this routine, when I first tried it in the spring I struggled through it but now after consistent Pilates practice I felt much stronger and capable with the stretches!
Dear Nicole, I LOVE this stretch routine, and I have a question: is it essential to warm up before it? I feel that my muscles are a bit too stiff in the morning, so I'm unsure as to how safe it is to embark on the full body stretch without a warm up. What would be your recommendation; are there any warm-up video's on your channel? Many thanks!

Hi Nicole, i’ve been doing this video for a week now. I enjoy this video a lot for its nice combi of stretching and relaxing. I usually practiced this in the morning on empty stomach. However, the downward-facing dog position seemed to give me acid reflux. Can you suggest an alternative move? Thank you.

Hi Nicole, i’ve been doing this video for a week now. I enjoy this video a lot for its nice combi of stretching and relaxing. I usually practiced this in the morning on empty stomach. However, the downward-facing dog position seemed to give me acid reflux. Can you suggest an alternative move? Thank you.
