Its by Arianna Elizabeth on RUclips. Everyday is a different meditation. *i swear this isnt an ad*. Yesterday was “inner strength” today is “self acceptance”
i dont usually write comments in pilates or workout videos. but i have to thank you how much ur moves really calm my heart and mind everyday. after doing it my body feels more stronger and energised but at the same time very calm with all the tensions going away. i bet lots of people who follow ur moves feel that way too ❤💜🧡💚

I love these workouts! I have been starting my day with these routines and it has definitely helped with stress management. I totally recommend this to everyone and if you are more athletic you can always add some jump rope at beginning or end!

It is really pity that this routine isnt for complete beginners.
I felt so discouraged when I couldnt follow the movements, although it became better when I switched to 0.75 speed...

Thank you. The last part was just wonderful. The begining was to quick for me. Especialy in the morning. Very confusing configurations, I felt like I needed some slower rythm for that. and stress was coming to me, not leaving my body. :) I guess we all are different. I'm grateful for this experiences. Went horse riding yesterday after many years and I fell off when cantering and really bruised and pulled my inner thigh muscle. This was such a perfect series of stretches not just for my thigh but also for my back and core!! I forgot how much horseriding really requires that strong back and core LOL Thank you Nicole you have been my favourite on RUclips.
