  • 🌟Welcome to a 20-minute Morning Yoga Flow, filmed against the blissful backdrop of a fishing lake in North Jutland, Denmark. This refreshing outdoor class is tailored to help you start your day feeling energized and revitalized. Calming birds melodies will play in the background, enhancing the depth of your practice and the peaceful atmosphere.
    We begin standing at the top of our mats and gently transition into half Sun Salutations for a gentle warm-up. The sequence flows seamlessly through downward dog to cobra and locust poses, promoting shoulder and chest openness. Transitioning to a standing sequence with high lunge, warrior 2, triangle pose, reverse triangle pose, and low lunge. Furthermore, the sequence incorporates a seated twist, upward plank pose, and seated forward fold. The class culminates in a seated neck roll and soothing breathing exercise called Nadi Shodhana, aiming to balance our breath and clear our minds.
