  • 1-Hour Fall Asleep Yoga Nidra Meditation🌙✨
    This calming, voice-only Yoga Nidra meditation is designed to gently guide your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation and eventually peaceful sleep.
    🧘🏼 First 30 Minutes: We'll start with a series of calming steps: set your Sankalpa (intention), practice deep breathing, do a full-body scan, and enjoy a peaceful visualization.
    🎶 Next 30 Minutes: This will be followed by 30 minutes of calming binaural beats, giving you the opportunity to fully let go of the day's stresses and drift into peaceful sleep.
    Different frequencies of binaural beats used in this class:
    -- Alpha waves (8-13 Hz): These frequencies are linked to relaxation, calmness, and a meditative state.
    -- Theta waves (4-8 Hz): These frequencies are associated with deep meditation, creativity, and intuition.
    -- Delta waves (0.5-4 Hz): These are the slowest brainwaves and are associated with deep, restorative sleep.
    This concludes our 1-hour Yoga Nidra sleep journey, and I truly hope it brings nourishment to your body, mind, and soul.🙏
