  • Hi everyone!😊 Join me for a 30-minute Yin Yoga class for beginners, followed by a relaxing 5-minute Savasana. This session is perfect for beginners or anyone easing into the practice. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style where we hold the poses for 3 to 5 minutes to target deep connective tissues. But don't worry, for this beginner-friendly class, we’ll hold the postures for 2-3 minutes and you’ll still reap all the amazing benefits of Yin Yoga.
    When it comes to using props, I encourage you to bring whatever you might need. This could include a yoga block, bolster, cushion, and so on. In this class, I will mainly use a blanket for extra comfort for the knees. However, I will verbally offer modifications and options for using props in various poses. Feel free to experiment with these modifications and prop suggestions until you find what feels most comfortable.
    For this Yin class, the focus will be particularly on the hips and spine. We'll explore gentle, deep stretches designed to release tension and promote flexibility in these areas. Whether you're dealing with tightness from prolonged sitting or seeking to improve hip flexibility and mobility, this class offers a nurturing space to explore and unwind.
