  • In today’s yoga class, we’ll be incorporating deep breathing techniques along with 10 gentle yoga poses to stimulate digestion. A mindful sequence tailored for gut health, especially if you're feeling constipated, bloated, or gassy. Whether it's from eating the wrong foods, overeating, or simply having shallow breaths all day, we're all human and experience these issues from time to time, so hopefully, this class can assist your digestion and overall well-being.
    I suggest using a blanket for added comfort and a yoga block, although a heavy book can be just as effective.

    Really lovely yoga class! I loved putting my fists into my groin area and coming into a forward fold. That felt really good.
    Your voice is very soothing.
