Yesterday, in my yoga class, I was confronted with my left hip being so close it wouldnt move an inch anymore. My yoga teacher told me I might have some unprocessed emotions and adviced me to practise some hip openers at home. I came across this video and I couldn't love it more. So calm and gentle and halfway through I couldn't stop crying and it took me a while to know why. I thought those things didn't affect me the way they apparently do. Thanks for giving me time and space to stop and reflect. I'll definitely be coming back to this one.

Absolutely excellent on all levels. After teaching many styles of yoga 15 yrs. I came away with Kundalini and Yin as my favorite styles.Kundalini to awaken the spine body and breath in the morning and Yin before bed to help digest the day and prepare for sound sleep. I loved this practice sequence you choose and the soothing soft voice you so expertly and lovingly use. Your choice of phrases I found unique and refreshing "bring presence to the pose" "aesthetics is secondary to sensation" and several more. Thank you so much for providing a sacred space that is natural and healing.
Totally agree. This series was so good for my body. I did it tonight after a Kundalini spine series, and my body feels better than it has felt in years!
This was lovely! For a yin class I do wish it was more like twice the length to really get into the poses. I'm slowly getting in to yoga again and found that by the time I was settled into a pose we were moving out of it :) namaste x

Today is my 3rd consecutive day doing this, I was skeptical about the whole " crying or laughing, legs shaking thing". Well today my legs started shaking right after I was done with this video. It felt like I had just done a heavy leg day. They're still shaking as I lay down on the map. Thank you so much 🫶🏻

Thank you for this yoga practice, I have Psoas Syndrome and have healed enormously over the past year. At one point the doctors were talking about pain management for the rest of my life and more operations (I’d already had 2) but a Physiotherapist knew about Psoas Syndrome and here I am almost fully healed. Yoga has been a huge part of my recovery. Psoas Syndrome is little known but can account for so much pain. Sending my healing love to all of your viewers and yourself. Thank you for producing this.
I work in a hospital so when I am on the go, I am on the go. Sometimes I only get to sit for 30 minutes in my 9hr shift. The constant walking and standing has made my hips so tense and tight. i have been trying to release stored trauma from my hips and until this video i hadn’t had much success. i started sobbing about 5 minutes in and continued to cry for the rest of the session. this was so incredibly monumental for me, thank you so much. ❤❤

I have done this routine 6 times now, and absolutely love it! It’s making a difference on how smoothly my hips move. Walking feels free-er now, too. I will even just do a pose or two from this video after other yoga practices. Thank you a million!

Life's been really monotonous lately and l haven't been in the best headspace. I'm feel responsible to make my life better and to be happier. Slow progress is still progress. I started journaling again. I went for a run this morning at 5:45. Then, did this yoga. I feel good. I feel like i have a lot of unreleased emotions stored in my body but I'm working on it. Give thanks sis for this truly magical practice. It was both deep and soft, and I felt safe to delve into the extreme tightness of my hips. A lot of fear coming up, and this practice cultivated so much self compassion and release. I am truly grateful for your gifts 🙏
This was a beautiful set done very well. I do believe it is actually Gentle Yoga rather than Yin. The holds are short with more of a focus on flow and movement instead of stillness and silence.

Just pause and hold double the time
Or play at 0.5% or 0.75% speed. I have to do that with most guided slow breathing exercises on YT.
