Add a good diet, some spore based probiotics (link below) and say hello to better motility, metabolism, absorption and elimination. I cannot tout this as a cure for ailments. However, these videos may aid when dealing with such conditions as slow transit constipation, gas, ileocecal valve syndrom, SIBO, bloating, peristalsis, IBS, GERD, heartburn, acid reflux, loose bowels, hiatal hernia and others.
Get relaxed, slowly breathe through your nostrils and regain the full function of your parasympathetic nervous system which is involved in resting and digesting.

Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, believed that all disease begins in the gut. We now have a wealth of information showing that gut health must be at the forefront of a healthy lifestyle as well as the recovery from chronic disease.
Your gut is called your second brain and the gut-brain axis is a well established fact.
The gut is also being studied for its connection with various organs and mental conditions.
Some signs that you might have poor digestion could be heartburns; burping, stomach aches, diarrhea, constipation, bloating and many other symptoms that you may not associate with digestion such as being sleepy after meals, having poor fingernail health such as chiping, peeling, breaking, or if they don't grow, being anemic, having undigested food particles in your stool and even craving certain foods such as vinegar, citrus fruits or refined sugar.
We often think of digestion as just a biochemical process but this is far from truth. Digestion is largely a biomechanical process where your body uses gravity, muscle contractions, lever systems, peristalsis and even walking to move food through your body as it extracts nutrients from it.
Activities such as stretching, walking, bending, self massage and exercises can play a vital role in your gut's wellbeing and do wonders for your digestion.
Enjoy this video and the Better Digestion with Self Massage videos to help speed up your digestion, avoid constipation and even help with some of your digestion ailments.

For someone with chronic pain after SPD from pregnancy, would it be ok to do the squats? If it causes an increase in pain afterwards, should they persevere in trying to do that exercise, or instead perhaps modify it in some way?
Also, is it best to do this routine straight after eating?
So many thanks for all you share with us here 🙏

EXCELLENT suggestion. I work a lot in this area in my office as it is linked to decreased lung capacity and anxiety

Thank you for the video. Any modification for the squat? You two are very limber. Currently when I squat my heels come up and my weight is on the balls of my feet.

Hi Craig, I'm excited for you because you have found an area where your body can use some improvement. You can hold on to something to make it less severe but I would do the squat for 10 minutes per day and really open up. Maybe put something under your heels for now. It should improve quickly and your hips will thank you, also.
On top of that, do this video 1x/day with my yoga for digestion video, find a chiropractor and have them check T7-9 and listen to this podcast with Kiran:

I went through years of GERD starting at age 13 and it was finally cured when I went to chiropractic college and started getting adjusted regularly.
This may demand a lot of you as far as exercises, diet, sporebiotics, etc. but you are on your way.
      Go for it!
Please let me know how you're doing
