Looking forward to this class today! I’m also LOVING the ease of the calendar! I’m not looking forward to the challenge ending! I am noticing changes in my ability to hold (actually do)the poses, like boat pose, I loathe that pose, but yesterday I was able to do it with relative ease! Thank you Tim! This challenge has gotten me in the habit of doing yoga at home everyday!
OMG. That was awesome. I was really able to tune into the breath, and noticed how deep and expansive it became as I relaxed into the practice. There was a huge volume of air moving in and out of my body especially during the twists. Crazy that I really never noticed that before. I am also super relaxed and feel really even. Thanks for being so awesome ,Tim!
