    Four more days! This was really wonderful -Loved this flow! I really enjoy your descriptions and suggestions enhance these flows and help with the poses and holds.

    So nice to be reminded of how the pursed lip breathing releases tension in the body. As a Respiratory Therapist, I taught this technique to all my Chronic Lung Patients that were struggling with shortness of Breath, fear and anxiety. Such a great technique to use with yoga practice as well. Thanks Tim🙏

    You're a legend! I don't particularly like yoga, but you're relaxing to listen to and I can feel relief of tension in my back and muscles! Thanks for making something I don't like, enjoyable on a regular basis and making me feel better!

    Oh soooo peacefull and simple in the most soothing way Tim. Thank you so much for not being afraid of/avoiding but on the contrary EMBRACING SILENCE.     Thanks Tim, still with you! We've been playing catch up on the classes following an interruption to the challenge by a Tropical Cyclone which crossed over our city on the 25/1. Many of us lost electricity for 2 days and with current heatwave conditions, it's been a challenge just to keep moving, stay hydrated and sleep! Post cyclone clean done now, so back to the mat! Almost there!!

    I fell out of practice in February after practising yoga 28 days out of 31 in January
    Trying to get back on track in March
    I had day 26 and day 30 remaining
    Completed day 26 and feeling very proud of myself and very grateful for your free online classes
    No better way to spend Mother’s Day morning 😂🎉

    I watched this video as I was preparing food for my dogs and was able to hear and see all the small tips much better than when I am actually doing the yoga. Your videos are great. I love your dog dreaming in the background.

    Wonderful class Tim ! thank you. Love the explanation of the NS staying calm in order to stretch more and of course the use of the support for the leg really needed for me as I have tight hamstrings from running. The mezzanine railing was perfect 😅. I hope Ollie's nightmare was not too terrible 😉. See you tomorrow.

    i have so little strength today i was worried about a 30 mn practice but it felt amazing (i modified a few things to avoid standing up and it felt great).     Quick question: when you advise to use a chair,blocs,etc. for support, would you mind one day showing in class how you would use them? Eg: half moon pose. Thanks!
