The first sequence hit just right! It was pretty basic, but there is so much to pay attention to - and the noggin occasionally gets distracted - that it's good to get foundational. Well done, you 👏
Hi Tim! thanks for the class. the core instruction in this practice and the reminders that you give during the class were really helpful for me. Especially, trying to focus on the core muscles while NOT tensing the neck/throat. Which seems to be a bit challenging for me. ha ha ha. Many thanks!
I loved the class and your detailed, instructional teaching. That's what I love so much about your yoga practices. I found the balancing poses using the core a bit challenging, so definitely something I want to grow and improve.
Thank you for such a great flow! I appreciated the focus on how to hold your core during balancing poses. You always talk about it, but it's hard to remember and I appreciate you creating flows specifically to focus on how it should feel. Also I appreciate the effort with building up the sand to have a flat yoga surface, what a gorgeous location! Thank you for time and effort
I love this kind of video. The focus on integrating the core has been a game changer for me. I use those principles to keep me safe in my non-yoga activities such as sprinting up a hill or weight lifting. Actually teaching how to do engage the core properly on multiple planes rather than just saying platitudes like “keep your core tight” make all the difference in the world.
Really enjoyed the lesson. Sometimes I like minimum cues but equally this was very good as it. Combined yoga and Pilates. Particularly as core work is so important. I do yoga and Pilates and like to use my core in yoga. Thank you Sandra
Thanks for the variety in the classes. I got really tired of Downward facing dog in days 1 and 2 because I do it on my elbows due to the current lack of mobility in my wrists, it left me a bit frustrated with my body condition. And then in lesson 3 I listened to the 'let it go concept' and felt encouraged. You are such a great teacher. Wishing your school to grow.
I really like this educational class as it reminds me the correct way of doing the postures, tho core meaning of the purpose… even though I have practiced Yoga for years, this teaching is refreshing and much needed. Thank you Tim, you’re a great teacher and role model for all of us!

After all these years following you, still amazing workouts, despite arthritis settling in , I am able to follow your yoga when time permits ( and internet access available) I live a bit off the grid and sadly can’t join a physical group, this is the next best experience, thank you for making my day a better one. 😊
I stopped yoga about 6 months ago because I was struggling with my hamstrings but your challenge has kicked me back into it and I thank you for that. I have a dodge knee so I'm taking some things easy to start with ❤
