Im 55 and (was hypermobile). I've been sitting at my desk too long. after about a week of doing this (starts my daily routine) today i realise just how much more mobile I am. Will keep going with this. I end my day walking through the botanical gardens in Trinidad and Tobago with.yellow and blue maccaws and parrots squawking overhead. We're moving!!! Yayy. Thx

If I do the link in the most recent email then I get the day’s video. Having the day labeled in the title would be simpler. E.g., Day 4: 12 min hip mobility.
