    Im 55 and (was hypermobile). I've been sitting at my desk too long. after about a week of doing this (starts my daily routine) today i realise just how much more mobile I am. Will keep going with this. I end my day walking through the botanical gardens in Trinidad and Tobago with.yellow and blue maccaws and parrots squawking overhead. We're moving!!! Yayy. Thx

    This was an amazing practice today Tim. Thanks. I’m not ‘on time’ doing every class on the designated day, but the playlist for the challenge works fine for me. I just do the next when I’m ready for it. Your classes definitely made me a better yogi in body and mind. Unlimited thanks to your beautiful being

    Woke up with my left hip seriously out of whack and "Voila", this hip mobility routine was up next on my playlist! Exactly what I needed. Feeling so much better. Thanks Tim (and glad to see Ollie back. I was worried something had happened to him!)

    I am also getting slightly confused which day is which.On the last courses we undertook you clearly labelled them Day 1 ,2,3 etc thanks ❤

    Ditto on the requests to put the day in the video title. I figured out today that the email for the next day’s video comes out late evening US Eastern time. If I do the link in the most recent email then I get the day’s video. Having the day labeled in the title would be simpler. E.g., Day 4: 12 min hip mobility.
